KFC — Restaurant in Piscataway Township

The menu is very confusing because it does not list all the item sold. I wanted Popcorn Chicken but it was only listed as part of the kids meal. I also wanted boneless chicken and that was not listed either. I had to ask the clerk and she said they had both. I also wanted just pieces of the boneless chicken and she there there were only meals and you couldn't buy just pieces. Also I ordered a 2Pc meal with white meat, the clerk said that would a breast and a wing? I said a wing is not white meat and she insisted it is!!! It took me around 10 minutes to complete my order because I had to ask and describe what I wanted because of the incomplete and confusing menu.. Also the clerk had difficulty understanding what I was saying and I understanding her with her strong accent. I tried 3 times to order 3 2Pc boneless meals, but got only two. Very rude drive through attendant first of all last night my husband and I placed an order they had no biscuits asked us to have it replaced with corn bread in which we did not like then when we got to the window they said they had no chicken breast and asked us to replace it with a wing huge difference from the size of a breast. Then I asked why weren’t we told before her statement was we didn’t know then asked if we wanted to wAit 14 minutes we changed our mind and decided to forget the order entirely and was given a very rude and obnoxious Byeee my the drive through attendant I would say very bitchey BYEEE! I will never go to this kfc and they should be rid of that attendant. I would only go again to find out who she was so she can get fired. I went here a year ago in 2024 and there was nobody at the drive thru so I didn't even bother with this location until yesterday when I drove up to the drive thru again and guess what? No one. So you mean to tell me that in one whole year you put nobody on that drive thru speaker is the economy this bad to the point that you cant even afford a drive thru anymore?
