It is evident that the staff there are not properly trained in customer service and need a manager to guide them. I’m hopeful in my review that the manager of this location takes a serious look into his team and their actions toward their customers. Buckets of Dough LLC being the owner, maybe they will look into this as well. In celebration of my birthday I was excited to order the Dubai Brownie today. I placed the order online at 1pm for pick up between 2:30-3pm. I knew my arrival time would be prior to 3pm as I had to pick up all 3 of my children from school prior. When I arrived I checked in at 2:58pm on the order and it said I was first in line. Key point there. There was only one man waiting at the pick up counter and two girls still deciding on their order with another man behind them waiting to order. To be clear, none of them has ordered at this point. After about 5 minutes the girls and the man ordered and another came in and ordered. Another 5 minutes go by and not once has anyone in the store been greeted by the two girls working in the back. Having been over 10 minutes waiting I asked one of the girls about an estimate time for my order. (According to her, her name is JIMENA) I was then very rudely asked my name, when I gave it to her she rolled her eyes and went to check. She came back and again very rudely said there are many others in front of you. Which is odd, considering I placed this order for pick up hours prior and was told by the app I was first in line but ok. I then went to grab all the children as many others have now entered the store with about 7 customers milling about waiting with no communication from the workers and I had no clue how long it would actually take for one single cookie order. When we came back into the store every single person received their order. People who ordered way after we ever got there. So for asking a simple question on when the order I placed hours earlier would be ready I was met with hostility and retaliation by Jimena when I was simply looking for a timeframe so my kids and I could wait either in the car or in the store depending on the answer.

Read moreI visited with a friend in the afternoon ( today 9-16-2024) to purchase cookies for my crew. One of the ordering tablets was out of service, and I couldn't figure out how to use the other one. So, we waited behind a woman being assisted at the counter, assuming we’d be next.
When the woman left, we expected to be helped, but instead, the staff member turned away and walked to the back of the store, put on gloves to do a task, and spoke to the man pulling cookies out of the oven. Neither of them acknowledged us—not even a nod. After waiting for a couple of minutes, I told my friend I was leaving. She stayed behind to express her frustration about not being greeted or offered help, but both staff members ignored her, too.
