Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Pismo Beach

For starters I was welcomed with dirty looks and no greeting. Came in to get some pants for work and found some about 5 minutes of being inside the store. Went to the back to try them on and there was no one at the fitting rooms to open up. I looked around for a couple minutes to get a hold of someone and found no one. So ultimately I had to go up to the cashier stand where I found the group of female employees leaning over counters and chitchatting it up. I had to ask for myself and another lady to use the fitting rooms and they all looked at each other like “ugh who’s gonna help her” one of the girls walked over and let the other lady into a room and asked for her name. This was my first experience at a Ralph Lauren factory store. I was immediately greeted by two lovely ladies with great smiles. The store is very well kept and my entire shopping experience was pleasant. Stephen and Ulysses helped me purchase some Oxford's which are blue label and of great quality. They are knowledgable and helped me get set up online which saved me an additional 15%. The Oxfords' were already marked down 25%. I felt racially profiled at this location. Please be aware of this when you come shop here. I was followed and harassed by and employee who even followed me into the fitting room hallway and stood outside the doors while I tried on clothes. I was so upset and uncomfortable!
