Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Pismo Beach

I see my review last week isn't showing so I'll say it again .horrible experience ...the older woman with blonde hair, bangs ,and glasses was so rude and acted like everyone that walked in was a thief including my friend and I..a women and her daughter left also for no help ad rudeness..so I walked out while my friend was looking and went to the lively staffed coach and bought 3 purses instead..as a store owner myself in san francisco I found this disgraceful and will NEVER shop this store AGAIN.7 people were in the store and 3 people working..not one of us was asked for help or badgers and not 1 sale was made..I'd fire people in my buisiness...

Walked in was greeted right away by the employee near the door and after that it was as if I didn’t exist. Several other shoppers entered the store and were immediately asked if they needed help or were looking for anything in particular. The customer service for others was great. Even as I struggled to grab a purse off the top shelf I was never asked if I needed help! There were two employees at the register not helping customers. I had to seek out the same employee that greeted me at the door (which it seems that was her one spot) to ask about the price on an item. Had I realized Coach was in the same outlet center sooner I would of never...

Wonderful friendly associates. Knowledgeable about products. Super clean store, excellent selection, wonderful prices. Quality of merchandise is 10 stars. My friend even made two purchases! I put a dent in my Christmas shopping. This is a drive, but well worth it. I will be returning back soon as my mother wants to go next week. I think this is my new favorite store! Only thing that would be great is if they could carry more clothing and hats, shoes. Accessories! Addendum: My mother loves the selection. She is very picky and made several purchases.
