Whenever I come to Pittsburg, I stop at Al’s. I’m not much of a donut eater, but these are classic American donuts. The apple fritter will have your heart racing literally it’s so much sugar and so good. Definitely a treat. Al's was bought by new owners a couple months ago. It used to be $8 for a dozen a few months ago and they raised the price to $16 a dozen. They raised ALL prices by 100% .. it's messed up cause Pittsburg is Pittsburg. Not Walnut Creek.. then here come these new owners price gouging the old owners loyal customers, that have been going there for years. This is place is the best in Pittsburg, don't go to the one near Walmart, that owners daughter is rude and unprofessional with black men and I told the owner and after giving them 20+yrs of my money "I told the owner I would never buy from her again" also don't go to the one in Bay point next to Safeway, the guy is a very rude guy.....AL'S IS THE BEST IN PITTSBURG, PAU IS A SWEETIE ALWAYS SMILES...
