Bitty & Beau is a newly opened coffee shop on an honorable mission to give employment opportunities to those on a neurodivergent scale. Bitty & Beau also strives to change the way we see neurodivergent individuals especially in the workplace. When a visited on a bustling Sunday the line was long. I feel it was a great opportunity for self-reflection for those who don't identify with neurodiversity. Sometimes we are so accustomed to a fast paced atmosphere that we can't allow ourselves to slow down and truly see the person who is working to give us the product we are consuming. We certainly, often overlook the challenges that some face. And we definitely take things for granted when we don't face those same challenges. But that's enough time up on my soapbox. On to what you're really reading this for. How was the coffee? I ordered an iced lavender honey latte. It was good but I couldn't taste the coffee enough. The location is great and the space is vast and open. I would go back.

Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff and since I was new coming here I asked them for recommendations which Kristen was happy to share with me her favorites! So I got them! The strawberry cake pop and chocolate chip cookies were delicious and to drink I tried the drink of the month-dark chocolate toffee nut latte! Scrumptious!! Immediately after ordering the owner herself came over to talk with us and I was more than thrilled to have the chance to talk to her-I absolutely love what their mission statement is all about and fully support what this coffee company is all about. You will not meet a more beautiful group of people when I left one of the baristas hugged me and we told each other that we both made each others day! My heart is full of joy not only with delicious coffee but filled with love. One thousand percent check them out do not hesitate!! Love them!! šŸ’›ā˜•ļøšŸ’›

Came here for the coffee, stayed for the hospitality. They like to call themselves, a human movement masquerading as a coffee shop, and I couldn’t agree more. The cafe itself is part of a chain and the menu is quite standardised, but expansive at the same time. The space itself is large and bright and has a lot of seating. The seating is a bit generic, though and lacks character. I got the iced latter, and the coffee was very nice albeit not memorable. What stood out for me was the hospitality and the mission of employing folks with down syndrome as the baristas. The barista who served me was the sweetest and greeted me with the warmest smile, which made my day. I genuinely love the mission of the cafe, and that alone makes it worth a visit.

I visited Bitty and Beau's coffee after hearing about this new location and reading more about the company's mission. It's a little further out of the way if you're working/headed downtown, but I had a little extra time today to drive down the Strip. Fortunately, because it was early in the morning, I had no trouble finding parking.

When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how large and open the space is. There's a lot of room for a queue to form as well as plenty of seating, and the open air windows make it an ideal place to enjoy a coffee and maybe read or get some work done.

The menu is very clear and typical of any other coffee shop, and the prices are comparable as well for the area. The workers I interacted with were still in training, but were very attentive and patient. I enjoy their system of labeling drinks; they use playing cards instead of worrying about spelling (or misspelling) folks' names.

The service was very prompt and professional, and I got my cold brew within a minute. It was much better than chain coffee, and on par with some of the more established coffee spots in the area. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience and hope to...

The people here are absolutely amazing, this was my first time trying Bitty and Beau's coffee and I'm very happy it got recommended. It's very disability friendly and easy to get in, around, and out. They have plenty of options for people to get and are very, very reasonably priced. (Less then Starbucks would be, at least from what I got) I ordered the ice coffee with spiced brown sugar syrup, I ended up adding some more sugar and half and half into it as I forgot to ask; however, it was out and available for anyone who needed it which was very nice. I didn't have to bother the workers because I forgot to ask. They all seem very friendly and helpful. They also have this amazing and smart calling order idea where they use playing cards to call your order, i.e instead of a number you may get the two(2) of hearts or the queen of spades and when they call that card,it's your order. I had never seen something like it before and it definitely scores creativity points. I thought it was super cool and goofy(in a very good way) and it sort of gives game vibes which is really fun. Absolutely recommend and I will absolutely...
