This is by far the best Chinese place I have been to in Pittsburgh. Lots of options and the food is made fresh in front of you. I have some food sensitivities and usually get very bloated and sick feeling after eating most Chinese food, but I do not get sick from here. This is also a very convienent location with ample free parking. During normal times, you can eat inside or order to go. They have some decent lunch and dinner deals. I was particularly impressed with their current COVID19 precautions as they have the entire order area plexi-glassed off and even made a contraption with a plexi-glass doggy door type thing to give the food to people while keeping both sides protected. Also, all employees were wearing masks and customers are required to wear masks. The one downside here is that most of the employees don't have the best English skills which has led to some difficulty ordering or minor mix-ups, but they have good customer service and will correct anything mixed up. Overall, I highly recommend...

Customer service is terrible, when anyone walks in and approach the counter they should be welcome. You get welcomed with stares until you say something first. I had good food from here in the past. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because I had egg drop soup a few weeks ago before closing time from here that made me very sick. We was stuck in line at a different restaurant across the street and made it just in time to pick up our order, the egg drop soup was dark in color but it’s usually like that from here. After eating only that I was sick for 2-3 days. In and out of the restroom due to this soup. I believe this restaurant provided us with old food that was just reheated up multiple times no matter how old it was getting. I would have more respect if they told us they was out instead of giving us old food just to...

I rarely write negative reviews, unless something is really bad. This was really bad. They are exceptionally unpleasant and rude (first the guy who answered the phone and hung up when he couldn't understand my daughter, and then the woman at the counter) and the food was just horrendous ("Bean curd and mushrooms" consisted in raw slabs of tofu with chunks of mushroom that were pretty raw looking too). The only thing this place has going for it is price, it's cheap (except if the food is inedible, in which case it isn't). But I'll never set foot in...

I ordered kung pao shrimp with steamed white rice. The white rice that they gave was mushy, slimy and smelly. There's no way they didn't know it was bad. Unfortunately I didn't check my food until I got to work. I wasn't able to come back the same day because I was working. I called and their customer service is horrible. When I told her about the rice, the first words out of her mouth were no one else complained 🙄. I wasn't able to come back because I don't live or work in the area. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Went here with my daughter to get dumplings and ended up getting frozen bagged pot stickers. They were disgusting and pathetic compared to the other Chinese dumplings I’ve had. They boiled them and some were watered down waste of 16+ dollars(2 orders 8 per order) it’s like they put in no effort if I wanted pot stickers I would have went to Walmart and bought a bag like they did I know one of my orders paid for that whole bag of cheap pot stickers and the sauce was bland watered down and disgusting also I will never go back here
