I went to Gryphon's Tea yesterday, and the aroma of tea blends upon entering the store was intoxicating!!! Miss Je'Amour was kind enough to allow me to smell a plethora of tea to find exactly the best mixtures for me. And the tea was incredible. I had no idea the differences in the many teas that they offer and also the magic of tea culture! Not only did I leave with four different varieties of Tea which I've enjoyed today but I also left with a great deal of knowledge about how to brew each blend to perfection. The ladies then introduced me to rooibos (also caffeine free) and I took home their Winter Solstice which Mom loves. Then there are the teas for me - My personal favorite is their Toasted Chestnut.
