Lolev is one of the coolest breweries I know of in this city. The staff is incredibly friendly/easy to talk to (whether it's asking for opinions of what you'd like or just chatting with the individuals personally).
They offer tastings as well which I don't see many breweries doing anymore and is very appreciated personally before signing up for an entire glass. Drafts do tend towards more hoppy/ipa styles, and even though that's not my preference they always have something on tap that satisfies (highly recommend their sour "Faust" or dark lager "epoque" if you're not a fan of hop-y flavors)

Some I liked, some weren’t for me. But they’re definitely putting forth the effort to be one of the best brewerys/hangouts in the area. It’s a refreshing space with plenty of character and enthusiasm. I’m looking forward to spending more Saturday afternoons hanging out there.
Side note: I got the chance to meet Jeff, one of the owners, on my last visit. He talked a lot about bikes for a bit, which was kinda weird, but overall just a really awesome guy who’s continuously trying to improve the product...
