Atmosphere was cool and I'd say you could easily bring kiddos 8 and over here. It consists of half of a bar and half of a bar/restaurant. Very loud but this was to be expected. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and fast as the place was packed on Saturday night and holiday season. Menu was very user friendly and had a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, burgers, and main cuisine. The bar also comes fully equipped with talented bar tenders who can mix any drink and pop any top, user friendly stools and bar, a feel good tingle in air, and TV and music. Now the food... I had 1 appetizer that will definitely keep me coming back...The Loaded Croquettes. Enough said. An appetizer was ok...The Grilled Bella. Nothing notable. Very similar to numerous menus offering the same. The Cuisine...The Citrus Glazed Salmon Plate served with spinach and mushroom risotto was very good. Salmon cooked to request with the glaze being unique to restaurant, not from a bottle. Upon raving about the glaze, the waitress was really sweet and packed some extra glaze on the side to take with. An appetizer that wasn't so ok...The Capese Salad...It was prepared with a sliced, subpar run-of-the-mill mushy tomato, topped with a sliced mozzarella ball, fresh basil, and a creative drizzle of (bitter) balsamic glaze. I was surprised when I saw the salad. It resembled a low end mockup of a Capese Salad. This wasn't what I expected. More surprise and disappointment when I tried it and found the tomatoes were mushy and poor quality...the balsamic was bitter. After dining on above average food, surprise was the only reaction that came to mind when commenting on this dish. Such a simple dish, such amateur mistakes. I told the waitress about the issues. She removed it from the bill. Again, good service. Overall, a ranking of 3.5. The Capese Salad is my reason for the drop from a 4.5.

Went to Dive last night and had a great experience at the bar. The bartender with the vibrant magenta hair was amazing and gave great service. We ordered apps at the bar which were good. Except for the calamari that was way too well done. It hurt to chew it was so tough. However, the low rating is due to the poor quality of our to go entrees we ordered. My Cobb salad had barely a handful of lettuce in it and was missing cheese and tomato. My boyfriend got mahi tacos and a side which was just thrown in with the tacos. The tacos themselves had a strange smell. Almost sour. I wish we had checked everything before we left so we could remedy the situation instead of spending a lot of money on not so great food. I still love Dive and will probably try some of the other locations out and give the LV location a break for awhile.

I honestly expected more from dive bar. I’ve been told countless times by friends that it’s a great place to go so my expectations were at least average. My friends and I were the only table in the restaurant and our waitress barely ever checked on us. I would say about three fourths of our food came out burnt, which blows my mind since we were the only table so it’s not as if there was a rush. Our Brussels sprout appetizer literally resembled charcoal bricks. To top it all off my friends drinks were incorrect and the young man running food from the kitchen wouldn’t set our meals on the table for some reason? So finally he decides to with the last entree, and dumps fries on my friends lap without any apology and heads back to the kitchen. Just spare yourself and head somewhere else on Butler.

First time my friend and I went we both got a Thai steak salad and it was amazing! Big, lots of meat, good flavor, etc. We went back a second time a few weeks later with the intent of getting the same thing, and when we did, it was sub-par; meat wasn't just not hot, it was actually cold, and the salad portion was very small with little to no 'toppings'. We were bummed but loved the salad so much the first time that we hoped it was just a rough night for the kitchen or server (both occasions though were evenings where we were one of maybe only 3 or 4 tables). We decided on a third try, just to see what the 'real' status is, and we didn't leave disappointed! Meat was hot, perfectly cooked, plenty of toppings, etc. I've literally had nothing else to eat here, but love this salad and would suggest it to anyone interested in anything other than bar food. Atmosphere, decor, and staff weren't anything noteworthy, pretty average, but we'd go back for...

I do not recommend at all. I used to be there often, and I sent many people to Dive. This is what it became: not friendly and chill like it was before Covid closure. One of the waitress at the bar was first very rude with me when I asked to be waited on. I was in a hurry and she was chatting behind the bar with other waitresses, like they always do. She shouted to me, from the other side of the bar, in front of clients: "Give me a minute, don't you see I am busy!!!" I was shocked and people around as well. I should have left right away. Then she became a drama queen, and things accelerated. Their team decided not to acknowledge her part of responsibility (she started it) and only focused on the fact that I responded verbally ironically to her rudeness. Being mean and rude is acceptable and supported by Dive's team and one of the owner of that place. I will never go back , not...
