I recently visited The Milkshake Factory with my family, and we were all blown away by the milkshakes. My son got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake, and my daughter got the Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake. Both milkshakes were incredibly thick and creamy, and they were topped with generous amounts of whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles.

The workers here are angels. This is by far my favorite Milkshake Factory location.

I drove in from Hershey after work tonight to visit a friend in the hospital before visiting hours ended at 9pm (this was the only day I could make it). I wanted to bring her a treat, so I called ahead while on the road about getting a pair of milkshakes around a specific time. I show up and see a line of people thinking I was going to miss out on spending a significant amount of time with my friend, and the woman at the register (I am sorry, I didn’t catch your name!!) saw me and called me up to the register. The milkshakes were ready and passed over by another team member and the exchange took max 1 minute, but I was so thankful for the efficiency and consideration they had!

This place is a must if you're in the Oakland area. Been there three times now. Super clean, amazing treats, inventive menu items, and the staff are fantastic and really seem to enjoy their job. I stopped by one time with a couple colleagues and the owner was there. Her grandparents started the company and it has stayed in their family. Everything is made fresh, and at their main location. This is their third one I think. All the milk is from local farms. They make their own ice cream, and even their own emulsions for the shakes. Pretty incredible! They also make an insane assortment of candy and chocolate covered everything. This company and its owner take extreme pride in being the best at their craft and it shows!
