You can definitely tell it is a mass produced, fast food type of restaurant. Quite underwhelming, although edible. There are many other far better options in the area and across Pittsburgh. I ordered the create your own bowl/build your own bowl with pulled pork, corn, pinto beans, and brown rice. It also came with a side of chips. The meat was just okay. It was somewhat dry and not that flavorful. The rice had virtually no seasoning at all. It would be nice to have a little spice, or just any flavor in general. Corn was just corn, probably canned. Didn't taste fresh. The portion size is okay but on the smaller side. Price is decent as well. It's nice that they let you add guacamole or queso for no extra cost. The chips were very weird, and I ordered them separately. They had a strong vinegary/acidic flavor. Almost tasted spoiled, but maybe this is just their style of making chips. Nonetheless, not my cup of tea. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's a chain, and there are many other far better local restaurants that offer similar pricing. The portions are okay but somewhat small, decent price, but flavor is just very average, and chips below average.

Just ordered food from them with DoorDash, ordered a custome bowl, only had Rice chicken and beans when it was supposed to have steak queso, peppers, salsa, cheese and a few other items with a sticker plastered on the cover of the bowl, I just got off work at 9 pm and have to be back to work at 2 am. Do better qudoba!

Qdoba is a great option for quick Mexican food. I got the steak quesadilla meal which was delicious and came with a generous portion of chips and dip. The service was friendly and pretty quick. They also allow you to get guacamole and queso on your entree at no extra charge unlike Chipotle or Moe’s.

I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of the staff at Qdoba. I brought a family member with developmental disabilities to dine here, hoping for a pleasant and welcoming experience, but what we encountered was nothing short of disgraceful.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff lacked both the training and the empathy to interact with individuals who have unique needs. Instead of offering patience or understanding, we were met with condescension and rude remarks, making an already challenging situation even harder.

The staff appeared visibly annoyed when we asked for accommodations, rolling their eyes and huffing as though we were an inconvenience. At one point, I overheard them making disparaging comments to a coworker about us, which was both hurtful and unprofessional.

Restaurants should be a place of inclusion, where all patrons are treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, Qdoba failed spectacularly in this regard. If you care about supporting establishments that value humanity and kindness, I urge you to spend your money elsewhere.

This experience left us feeling unwelcome and humiliated, and I can only hope the management takes a hard look at how their staff treats guests with disabilities. Until they make meaningful changes, this restaurant does not deserve...

With the exception of the manager the employees here are all pretty nice people. But you can tell he rules with an iron fist because he's always looking at them and they're almost afraid to do anything without asking him permission first, it's ridiculous. With that type of strict discipline you think the place would be cleaner but it's not. You'd think they wash your hands more often in between gloves the proper way but they don't. Unfortunately the management is terrible my final straw was recently when I walked in there recognizing the member of management working that day and explain to them I was working construction next door and just got off my shift and asked them for a glass of water because I was very thirsty. He told me he didn't recognize me which was surprising. And it that was not their still policy to give out a cup of water to somebody on a hot thirsty day. And suggested I take myself to Subway next door. That was the final straw I will never ever come back to this Qdoba ever again. And I suggest you spend your money elsewhere too. I also recommend that this member of management who was working yesterday July 27th go through some retraining. On how to just be a decent person and keep his store clean including the bathrooms which are always kind...

Last night I decided to order for DELIVERY --- Bad choice in picking Qdoba in South Side. Missing the taco's we ordered, which was dinner for my son. When trying to call Qdoba about the missing items, you cannot get through or leave a voice message....so someone had to forgo dinner --- something I paid for and something I paid delivery and a 25% tip for. There are no numbers to call to get this resolved with Qdoba Franchise either. On top of all that, the order was wrong. The burrito was made wrong, both Quesadilla were missing ingredients.

Going into the restaurant to order and watch the making of the food may work, but ordering online does not. Nor any way to resolve any issues with the meals not delivered, or delivered.

Highly suggest never order delivery from here!

ADDED NOTE 5/23/22 for the Response from Owner, I have contacted Qdoba Care, before having this Case #----and I hadn't gotten any response. The only response is on a review to look like you care! I still stand by my review, I would never order for delivery again! I suggest you figure out how to deal with the issue of no one can take calls or leave messages to have items resolve before it escalates to...
