I did the build your own dish with roasted pork, golden chicken, steamed bok choi, steamed broccoli, and the pickled carrots/daikon over white rice.

It was delicious! I ate the whole thing in one sitting and enjoyed it very much. The pork was succulent and had a good sauce or seasoning on it whereas the chicken was juicy as well, not the usual dry and limp. The sauce they give on the side is very good as well, although it was harder to use chopsticks with the saucy rice.

The food was very simple and filling, with the portion sizes allowing for leftovers (I was just so ravenous). I can definitely see this place becoming more popular with the population around here.

I detracted a star due to the plastic waste. I got takeout so there was nothing I could do but I saw they even give plastic for diners in the restaurant, something that is contributing to the plastic epidemic of this world. I implore the restaurant to reconsider and to have non plastic options.

I would recommend this to all of my friends. Actually one of the people I went with was not as into it until he got his food then he...

Today was a good day!  This place is the only restaurant that my wife and I ever agree to eat at without any debate. It helps that it's not a full service dine in restaurant, so we can seat ourselves, enjoy the cozy atmosphere and leave when we're  ready. I usually have the pho soup or a chicken bowl, but I went with the traditional Bahn mi sandwich to switch it up... please tell me why I never did this before?!? It's delicious!! The lightly toasted crust of the bread with the chicken veggies and sauce was amazing. The best part was feeling full and satisfied, but not bloated like with a traditional sub sandwich.  We think it's the fresh vegetables,  but who knows. As long as it's good, I'm happy. Either way, I'm glad we got a great meal with quick service. I should have gotten an extra Bahn mi to go with my soup, since my wife always guilts me into "sharing" my pho. But I'll save that for another...

So I order some spring rolls with shrimp 🦐 and veggie, unfortunately it was very crunchy/Sandy, so I don’t think it was wash the proper way, but I finished one and I left the other one for them, and I ordered a Pho 🍲 with steamed tofu and veggie/ beef broth . I paid first with an 18% tip of course,… I ate outside at the table, when they brought the food of course no steam tofu it was fried 😂 the waiter never came back to check on me. I was there for a good 35 to 40 minutes. Not very welcome. 👎 on Saturdays and Sunday, they’re supposed to have the best staff, because we are the customers and, we keep this restaurants busy, that’s how they make their living, they are in the business for a reason of choice. Poor service including food. 🍱. I hope the manager reads this, and do something about it for themselves to keep this business going. Good luck...

Cutest restaurant name! My partner was craving some Pho and basically had to drag me in. Typically I’m not a big fan of Pho. I completely expected to have little to no options and be underwhelmed by any vegan offerings. I can gladly report I was wrong on every front. I ended up getting the vegan Pho and every slurp of noodles was enjoyable. The noodles have great texture, the vegetable broth is light but carries a lot of flavor, and they load you up on a ton of great veggies. I might have been converted to be someone who enjoys Pho, especially on a cold day! The staff here was wonderful in every single way. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Few places truly care so much about each and every customer. I’d highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you’re vegan and craving a hot bowl of Pho!

This is by far my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. The staff is very friendly, warmly asking me if I were the first time being there. She explained the menu items in details and also explained how to customize my own Banh Mi hoagie or rice bowl. Eventually I tried meatball pho. It is delicious and generous in portion. The broth has a nice umami (savory) taste. The rice noodle is cooked just well, not overcooked. The meatball is a gem. It is chewy and juicy. It does not like the meatball used in Italian cuisine. The portion is huge; finishing one pho by myself is a bit challenging, though I did it. Would return for the Banh Mi hoagie!

Nice lil Pho shop. They do have Vegan Pho (in vegetable broth). Somewhat limited menu. Only one meat, one chicken, shrimp, or vegan option... but the food was 7.7 (out of 10) good, and the owner was very nice. 👍🏻 For the price, I would have wanted a higher quality and quantity of meat, but I do understand prices of everything are thru the roof right now. 😵‍💫 The shrimp spring rolls were fresh but no pork in them. I would want to try some other Pho in the area but would also come back to support this business owner as I feel she is a good person and a good owner. 👍🏻
