I ordered a footlong Tuna hoagie (Deluxe - an extra half portion of meat) via Uber Eats. Upon receipt of my order the hoagie had less tuna than the original tuna hoagie. I am very familiar with the correct portion as I always order all sandwiches âDeluxe!!â This sandwich looked like someone took a knife and spread it on the bread like butter or jelly (the actual amount one would use of butter or jelly). I reported the experience to Uber Eats but was not refunded my money. There is an extra cost when ordering Deluxe. I have frequented this location for years so this seems to be a new practice. Three weeks ago I ordered this very same sandwich from a Subway in Penn Hills and got the correct amount on a Deluxe Hoagie so it has to be an Ownership/Management issue because all Subways are individually owned (I researched Subway Ownership). When me and my friend opened the door to the restaurant we where slapped in the face with loud music playing! Me and my friend had to yell our orders over the music! When asked about the music, the sandwich makers response was..oh! It's the other employees play list and she has the music up loud so she can hear the music while she's washing dishes!..and not to mention they do not accept Coupons! When asked why, oh because it's a private franchise and the owner doesn't accept them! THIS IS SO NOT ACCEPTABLE!!..other than the loud music with it's acceptable lyrics! The service was great!..note! Subway is a business not a Disco or Bar..please take note about what type experience you want your customers to have when dinning or patronizing...
   Read moreI just ordered a sandwich online in which I put toasted on the app and is wasnât so I asked the sandwhich maker (Shaly) whom and a younger Indian man to toast and he upon toasting the sandwhich he bare hand grabs my sandwhich to place inside of the oven without gloves and i saw his hands touch my sandwhich. I then asked him to not worry about retoasting the sandwhich as he touched it with his bare hands and asked for a refund. Where he said âI donât give a shit i didn't touch your sandwhichâ I told him look Iâm not trying to argue with you man thats nasty.
