Myself and 3 friends visited Tapville on Saturday night for the first time. It was somewhat busy upon arrival, but continued to fill up extremely fast during our time there.

We were pleasantly surprised with how good the service was considering the rush of people.

Our server was Brittany. Although we could see she was juggling tables of other guests, along with all the workers on the floor, it did not effect our experience negatively in any way. She greeted us with a friendly introduction and a smile full of excitement that made us feel welcome.

She gave us menu suggestions and also offered us a run down of a "Pittsburgh style dish" they were serving. Although we were all set on sharing appetizers and having drinks, the special did sound good.

She checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. We could clearly see she was busy but she took the time to write down their lists of Whiskeys that my husband asked about. He was happy and thought this was a sweet gesture. And he enjoyed 2 cocktails of his Whiskey of choice.

Our appetizers were delivered in a timely manner. All served hot, together, and had a nice appearance.

Brittany made sure to clear our table from empty plates and glasses so we had room to sit comfortably and enjoy socializing.

She gave us our check and explained how to settle upand that there was no rush, but this was when we were ready to go, we wouldn't have to worry about getting stuck waiting because of it being busy.

We loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. A nice place to catch up with friends.

We...

My friend and I came by on Saturday night and it was our first visit. The restaurant was packed. We didn't have to wait to be seated, but once seated, I'm not sure there was a single spot left in the place. Patio included.

Our waitress Brittany arrived to our table quicky and explained our questions on how the Tap card worked. She even took the time to walk us over to the tap wall and explain and show us how it functioned. (The wall and concept is super fun). Loved the option to create your own flight.

We took our time enjoying drinks for a while before ordering food. Brittany gave us good recommendations from the menu.

There was a bit of a wait on the food, but Im still giving 5 stars because it was clear how busy they were. Every worker was moving at a constant fast pace. We weren't in a hurry so the wait didn't affect our experience or first impression. While waiting for the food, Brittany checked on us numerous times to see if there was anything we needed.

We capped the night off with a dessert flight she suggested and it was amazing. The presentation was so good, we almost didn't want to eat it.

The friendlyness of our waitress, the food, and the cocktails will definitely bring us back to...

This place is a great addition to the area and definitely worth a visit. The self pour concept allows for a laid back setting and also a great social experience.

The food menu is just the right amount. It has a nice selection and isn't overwhelming with a bunch of "average" menu fillers.

The staff were all so welcoming. Our server was Brittney. She greeted us with a smile and very friendly and outgoing demenor. She knew when to check on us without hovering or making us feel rushed. They seem to have a nice team of servers and bartenders. Everyone seemed happy, helpful, and occupied.

Brittney recommended the Margarita flight to us. It was delicious! She also informed us about brunch being offered on Saturdays and Sundays which we will definitely be back for! As she suggested we will sign up for the member card because we plan on visiting Tapville quite often.

Great job, Brittney.

And Kudos to the kitchen! The food...

I ONLY had beer here. I wish I had went here first and gotten food because the Avacado tacos sound great. But what I can say is that the service was very good. I had just left Aslin brewery where service is below their interest so perhaps the bright personality and willingness to engage was more noticable than it should have been. But the lady at the bar who explained the whole self pour system was very personable and the self pour system was novel. Had a nice time with some great beer selections. Wish I was in town for another night to try their fare

Stopped by and asked what food was kind of on the quick side. The bar tender couldn’t answer. I set the expectation that I had 25 min and he couldn’t say if food would make it out on time. Said maybe a burger but basically said I’d have to take it to go. I was a bar trainer for 10 years, please take some time to properly train your staff. Service was horrible. Host stand had one person working 2 girls and a guy talking about personal stuff. Everyone there is just too busy on a quiet Thursday at 7:15pm with 25% occupancy.

The beer selection is great, our waitress was lovely..... The food.... Skip.... Portions are small for the price. I got the lemon chicken pasta with heirloom tomatoes. What I got was bland pasta water with grape tomatoes. Heirlooms are not even close to what was on my plate. Extremely disappointing. My friend got the Sirloin Frites. Yikes 36 bucks for meat thrown on top of fries and cheese curds..I have had better food at a corner bar! Wow not sure how they have a 4.6 rating!
