How is this disaster of a restaurant still in business? How does it actually turn a profit to not go right out of business?
There is a line around the building and out to the street at any hour of the day. NOT because they do a ton of business, but rather because they just about never actually get anyone out of the drive thru. My average wait time here is between 25 and 30 minutes. I am neither estimating nor exaggerating - that is the average of my recorded wait times. Of the 15-20 times I have been here, there is only one time I remember that I spent less than 10 minutes waiting. They also seem to not understand why they have parking spots next to the drive thru for parking people. I've never seen them put anyone there.
But today I finally drove by and noticed there was absolutely no one there, at 5:30 on a Tuesday afternoon - normally a fairly busy time. So i pull up and order right away, and roll right up to the first window. Where I sit and wait for 10 minutes. I watch the girl at the register take FOUR ORDERS, thus developing a lineup behind me, before finally opening the window to take my card. But first, she asks "Did you have the..." and repeats my order. Yes, obviously, I was the only person here.
Finally I get up to the second window where I wait another 10 minutes. Someone opens the window to again ask what my order was, and says it will be a few minutes. Maybe 5 minutes go by before I finally get my order and what I think may have been an apology for the wait, as if 25 minutes wasn't actually one of the quickest wait times in memory.
I ordered 4 items, and upon arriving home I discover that I only have 3 of them. WHAT THE LITERAL F ARE YOU GUYS DOING IN THERE?
Don't go to this McDonald's, ever. This is just one example of many. I took the hit by going there 20 times and I can tell you it's not worth it. There is a McDonald's 1.5 miles up Washtenaw, which might seem like it is out of your way, but it would actually literally be faster if the employees from this McDonald's just drove to pick up food from that one every order.

Read moreThis McDonalds has made a large amount of mistakes. Every time I go through, I typically mobile order and then pick it up through the drive-thur. Somehow they seem to mess up ant least one thing every time.
One time I ordered a chocolate shake and it was literally a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup at the bottom. Cus I paid like 4.50 for it, I asked them to mix it and she grabbed it move the straw around, took it out and then gave it back to me, it was the same.
One time I was picking up a meal for my roommate, and she got a plain cheeseburger. Wanted me to check if I had cheese on it as its a 50-50 if there is or isnt so I look in there isnt so I go back through when I ask for a new burger or even a slice of cheese and they just looked at me like I was an idiot, and said a plain cheeseburger does not come with cheese. From what I understand if it’s in the name it’s a core part of the item and when ordered plan will still have cheese.
I’m writing this because I just went through and I got a 10pc and a plain cheeseburger, I checked if it had cheese and it did so I went home only to see they did not give me a 10pc but a double QPC, there was even bbq packets in the bag, I can’t eat it. Normal I’d let it slide but this has happened every time I’ve gone there which is probably over 50 times. There prices keep rising and at this point I’m paying for food that I can’t eat, is wrong or just not what I ordered. And when I ask them to fix it lately they have just told me I’m wrong.
I hate making complaints especially considering I know that they have a tough job but this is happened so many times and only at this...
Read moreIt's a McDonald's. Same food as every other McDonald's. So this is a review on experience not the quality of food.
I ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay. The woman in front of me left the line because it was taking too long so I knew I was going to have to tell them the orders were mixed up already. That's fine. It's early and the morning rush, I get it.
The man at the window then confirmed the correct price with me and what I had ordered, I told him that yes that was my order except I ordered sausage and not bacon on my McGriddle. He looked at me funny for a second, shrugged then pressed a couple buttons on his screen and ran my card. I figured he corrected it. He handed me back my card and receipt and I pulled forward. I looked at the receipt and saw it still said bacon. So I asked the woman at the next window if it was the sausage I had ordered. She said no it was bacon because that's what my order said. They took the sandwich back, told me to pull forward and had it out to me in 5 minutes.
My complaints are this:
Didn't get the order right in the first place Didn't correct the order the first time I pointed out the mistake (just being lazy) which: Made me wait even longer in an already extremely long line
In the grand scheme of things, I don't really care all that much, but Google asks me to write reviews all the time so...
