We made a 2 go order 2 twin bacon cheeseburgers one with tots one with fries. Nowhere on the menu does it say or show you that what your getting is 2 slidder burgers a tiny bit bigger then a white castle burger for 16 bucks. The burger....or say slider burgers were good but not even in the ballpark of 16 bucks. I also got an order of fried pickles.... boo....cut very thin....in circles.....and most were burnt ....how could you not burn um they where paper thin. No sauce to dip all for 9 bucks. I spent 43 bucks on 4 sliders and burnt pickles...I'd never order there again. I did leave a 20% tip and was very respectful as always.

I ordered a beef patty with cocoa bread and curry goat. The beef patty was most likely just a grilled, frozen one. The curry goat and rice and pea was decent. The cabbage was too salty to eat. The service was great and it was set up nice in there. It was very hot out, and there was no air conditioning or fan. The food definitely gave me some stomach issues. If the food was better, I would go back.

I went there for the first time and ordered the oxtail, Mac & cheese and white rice. The Mac & Cheese was a little dry, needed a little salt but good. The rice was cooked well. The oxtails were good. The gravy was good, not too meaty. Would I eat there again? ...yes. looking forward to trying something different. They have various Caribbean drinks, colas and TING! I LOVE TING!

Got to the establishment and was served by Gus. Gus was nice and friendly but ultimately did not have the best interest of the customer at hand in the end. Got our food for party of 4 and the presentation was horrible for all of the dishes. / got the jalapeno burger, cut it, and upon biting noticed it wasn't cooked in the middle. Was pink and undone. Gus came over and I notified him of this and his response was they would bring another out . The cook reheated and recooked my bitten/touched burger. Placed it back on the bun. I was shocked they would handle a bitten burger and recook meat then serve back to the customer. The cross contamination, the food born illness of sitting undercooked meat then to recook it is downright disgusting. I educated Gus and he gave me uncertainty about what I was served . I asked to speak with the cook to educate him on ServSafe practices who was a black male with dreadlocks . I have food industry experience in leadership roles in my career so I know safe food practices. To my surprise Gus refused my request then told me he wasn’t comfortable with asking the cook to come out to be educated about safe and healthy food practices . He then asked what I wanted him to do … I told him it would be nice to relay my message to the cook. He took the burger to off after I told him. Furthermore my husband ordered goat curry which was horrible and not great quality or quantity. It was full of bones. His $3 upcharge of plaintans were scorched and burnt to a crisp. Our guest hated their food as well. As we were leaving Gus proceeded to shake my husband down for a 15 percent tip he wasn't worthy of. Horrible experience and it was our first time. We drove 20 minutes to come try/support and the food and service were crap. Truly sad and disappointed in this quality and service. The cook will most likely make someone sick or worse kill someone with...

Horrible service, bad food, silly decor, and false advertising. My only time going there was when I accompanied a couple hungry friends, when I wasn't hungry and only wanted a coffee. To my surprise they had a $5 plate charge, no exemptions-- pretty brassy move for a hamburger joint, then again most hamburger places don't serve coffee. I decided to order one of their overpriced burgers with my coffee because I didn't want to pay their ridiculous plate charge and get nothing out of it (other than avoiding getting kicked out). I quickly learned that my decision was a mistake, the burger was bland and burnt to a crisp. When I say burnt to a crisp I mean crunchy, like a mouth full of gravel; I think the cook may have scraped off some of the glass like grill 'build-up' when he flipped my burger. I would have paid double the price of the plate charge to not get tricked into taking one bite their abomination of a burger, and on top of that the coffee was BAD. Describing the coffee as lukewarm latrine water would be a compliment. I would have asked for a refund, but didn't want to deal with our abrasive and confrontational server.

To add insult to injury, I get reminded of this rage/pity inducing experience nearly every time I have to (frequently) drive by the place. Do yourself a favor and go to Five Guys on the other side of town. Five Guys may lack plates and coffee, but they make up for it in excellent service and flavorful food. JUST GO...

Where to begin! We got a variety of different things. Mach and cheese, burger, collard greens, roasted cauliflower, cabbage rueben. Everything was AMAZING.

The mac and cheese was stick to your bones gooey with a good balance of salty-cheesy-creaminess. The large noodle were a nice touch/twist.

I could not care less that the cabbage rueben didn't have meat. It was just as flavorful and satisfying.

The burger was medium rare as requested, difficult to get right for several places, and smelled/tasted great. Very classic burger that was just down right good to eat.

The Roasted Cauliflower was a perfect mix of smooth and spicy. Veggies were cooked through but not soggy mush. The nuts added a great crunch.

Lastly the collard greens had a good kick and were done very well. Often times when I order them they are too bitter and bland. Not this dish. I feel lucky to have some left over to have for lunch today.

Would TOTALLY recommend, and looking forward to ordering from them again and seeing what other culinary gems they...
