We were in the Pittsfield area on vacation and decided to try Tito's based on the other positive reviews. Diana, our server was awesome! She greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was OK with us the entire time we were there. I had the Melted Chimmichanga ( hope I spelled that right) which was terrific! Very flavorful and tasty! The place was decorated very nicely and music was great. I hope to visit here again the next time I'm in the area. Give this restaurant a try. It's worth the trip.

The service was not good at all. They were friendly but it took a lot of time to order/get refills. The food was good not great. I tried the Veggie Nachos, Veggie Quesadilla and a Beef Empanada. The Veggie entrees all had a nice mixture of Bell Peppers, tomato, lettuce, and onions. The beef in the empanada tasted more like stewed beef without much seasoning but was surprisingly good. Overall the prices were on point. I would recommend if you don't mind slow service.

Very nice experience of lunching at Tito's. Very traditional ambiance and food. Very economy menu. Good quantity. Best place for families who likes typical Mexican food. Their salsa with nachos is so authentic hot and fresh served. The burrito are awesome. Flan for dessert we had and worth ordering two. We are sure coming here again and again. The original mexican food in town. Good staff. Clean and nice place. I recommend this place for best mexican food experience.

When this first opened, it was our favorite restaurant in the area. Since the pandemic hit, we've mostly ordered take-out. They must've changed owners or managers or something because their food has become very disappointing.

When we order take-out, we don't bother to open the meal to check before leaving. We want it to remain as hot as possible (plus, it's just messy). The last three meals we were immensely disappointed when we got home and saw what was supposed to be what we ordered.

The rice is bland, with no effort to add spices to make it special. Same goes for every other dish. It's like they open up a Walmart can of refried beans and spoon it out with a sprinkle of cheese on top, for example. Add SOMETHING to add some flavor. Do they still have chefs or have they shifted to fast-food mode?

I travel a lot for work. At every place I visit, I ALWAYS eat at a Mexican restaurant. At a few cities, I could review and compare and contrast the 6-10 restaurants. I just love Mexican food.

This restaurant has fallen into the same trap that so many of the less-quality Mexican restaurants do; there is no passion, no interest in making their meals anything special. They taste the same across the board. I usually try them once and then never return. Unfortunately, the Berkshires has a very limited selection when it comes to restaurants, so I gave this place more than one chance.

Worse, the serving sizes - at least on the take-out dishes - is borderline insulting. When I crave Mexican, I'm usually in "pig-out" mode - I so much look forward to a hearty meal. The last three times from Tito's, I was so excited to get my bag of food but when I opened the container it was like a McDonald's pimply 15-year-old threw the meal together with the least caring and effort, with that Subway manager standing over their shoulder demanding that they add "only two thin slices of cheese, no more!"

Bottom line: Meals are bland, no passion, no interest in putting in the effort to make the meal memorable Portion sizes are disappointing for take-out dishes - I guess they don't care since they don't have to see my face Mistakes when comparing what was ordered to what was delivered

This is so sad. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD! Tito's was my absolute favorite restaurant in the county. Now, when we have that family conversation, "What would you like to eat?" It always ends up with, "No, Tito's always screws things up and they're not very good anymore." Hopefully, the indoor seating food is better because the Berkshires is really hurting for restaurants and I'd hate to see another...

The food was edible but nothing special .

My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and fries from the kids menu and my son and I ordered the fajitas Texasana. I tried a bite of her cheeseburger and ate a French fry . I have to say that they were so flavorless that I was shocked . I know it's not a burger joint, I just had an expectation that her food would have flavor . I actually felt bad that she had to eat that and asked if she wanted to order something else and she said no . She's 5 years old .

My son and I had order the fajita taxascanas . It's almost the same thing as Chile's trio in a way . Honestly Chile's is better . They loaded up the peppers, onions , tomatoes and frugal on the meats. I had to wave people down to ask for extra plates , napkins , shredded cheese, ketchup, extra fajitas . The service was slow , they didn't take any plates or cups away until we got our check . I was pretty upset about this experience. I was mad that our table was full of dirty dishes , used napkins and garbage the whole time . It would have been a better experience if I didn't have to sit with dirty dishes in our faces for 1 hour 20 minutes . Then I had to flag the bartender down to get my bill after waiting 20 minutes after we ate THEN wait another 15 minutes to get the bill after asking .

The staff was friendly though , I think they need to just be more organized. It wasn't even busy on this Tuesday evening .

The food was meh , ok at best . I believe they can fix that easily by using spices or condiments or sauces ...really anything . And why don't the fajitas come with shredded cheese ? I mean that's essential! Lack of flavor was really mind blowing , there wasn't any passion or care left . Just a flavorless pile of food that is only separated by textures rather than flavor .

We made the decision that it's our first and last time going there until these changes are made . Very disappointing, should have stayed home and cooked here .

I don't want to be negative, I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant and get some authentic Mexican food. A swing...

This was my first time at this restaurant but it will definitely be my last. I completely understand that restaurants have suffered a lot throughout the pandemic and are struggling to find help but whoever owns/runs this place needs to step in and get better staff. This was literally the worst service i have ever received at a restaurant it was honestly like she was doing it on purpose, but after reading others comments it seems to pretty common at this place. Im glad the owners survived the pandemic but you need new staff that appreciates and treats your patrons better.

We were sat right away and the place was not busy. Our waitress was a young girl no older than 20 maybe. Never brought us chips salsa even though we asked her 3 times. We ended up having to ask someone else. Brought all our drinks individually, only mine was a margarita which was very large and good. However I never got a straw…I asked her for one and ended up having to go to the bar to get my own. We had to ask another employee for water and a side glass of ice because the white wine we ordered was warm. The food we got was okay , you could tell that the cooking of these items were not timed well and that most of the food sat around in the window because nothing besides the fajita was actually hot. The food tastes all right not the best Mexican food but not the worst. It was a good thing none of us wanted more drinks because we never saw our waitress throughout eating our meal. Then we ask for our bill, the waitress walked by us 3 times and never gave us the bill, we honestly could have just walked out without paying. Went up to the host to get our check and the girl comes around the corner WAVING the check at us. When we commented to the host how bad our service was she just rolled her eyes and apologized. I’m not sure if it was because she was annoyed at our server who she probably had to help with her tables all day or was she rolling her...
