Awful, if I could give less than one star I would. This location has been going downhill for a long time, but they've hit a new low. The employees could care less about the store or customers. Always understaffed, out or low on food, and the cleanliness is lacking. Maybe pay your employees a livable wage so they are happier and want to work there. Tonight I placed an order on the KFC app. I went to the store to pick up my order where I was told that they did not have a cook to cook the chicken and had no chicken for my order. Several employees standing around but not one can cook? I asked to cancel my order and was told by a very apathetic looking employee that they cannot cancel orders in store and I would need to call a 1-800 number that he did not know and I would need to look up. I left and found the customer service phone number and called it. I spent probably 10-15 minutes giving all my information to the first representative only to be told I need to be transferred to the refund department to process my refund. After being transferred I was asked to give all of my information over again and then was told my order was still in "committed" status and my refund could not be processed until it closed so I would need to call back in fifteen minutes and talk to another representative and start over. By this time I am getting really frustrated, it should not be this hard to cancel an order, especially one that needs to be cancelled through no fault of my own. I'm just trying to pick up dinner and go home to my kids. I vented my frustrations to the poor customer service representative and she took pity on me and stated she would take ownership of my refund case and that she would personally keep an eye on my order for it to close and then process the refund so I wouldn't have to call back. She ended up being the only good interaction for me during this whole experience. I wish I remembered her name. I ended up picking up food at a different restaurant and paid more money for less food, just to add insult to injury. I'll not be using the KFC app anymore as not being able to simply cancel an order in the app or at the store is ridiculous. I'll also not be returning to this location anymore, that was the last straw for me. I think years of poor management has really taken it's toll and I'm surprised it's even still open. Do...
Read moreThe food was really good, it was a little busy. I decided that I did not want to eat inside because all the tables had either food crumbs or wet spots on the tables. But honestly that's usually how it is everytime I go in there. They lack in cleanliness. And the bathroom wasn't to bad but I had to ask someone to stand by the door so no body wouldn't just walk in. The bathroom door lock was broken and it's a small bathroom. The bathroom reminds me of a workshop bathroom. (Grease monkey bathroom) I decided to look out side while waiting for the food to be done. And I realized that they really need to fix the walls. It looks all torn and old. I questioned myself maybe there getting ready for a remodel. Idk but it's not really a well kept environment. I can't even enjoy eating inside when I feel like its overwhelming from the dirtiness to of course clausterphobic from to many people in such a tight space. The people were nice, the food taste like back in the day KFC. It is the only KFC in our area so I can see why it's been run down over the years. There isn't very much parking as it is and but im assuming that the employees park there vehicles in the parking which limits availability to park when there already a few customers parked. It's usually a hit or miss during busiest hours. If parking is full I won't waiste my time and wait for a space I'll go somewhere else. It's just not that worth it to me. Well they do have handicap access. But it's too tiny of a building with many many lovers. Time to expand or relocate...
Read moreAfter a hard day we just wanted to get a nice spread of food to bring home and relax.
We get there and the dude working the register just looked....ruined. I don't want to assume he was on drugs but in an extremely low pressure environment he was shaky, had quick jerky movements, was seemingly stressed tf out as if having a bad trip, and overall just fed up. I wouldnt say he was rude to us but he was clearly jusg having more than a hard time.
Despite there only being one other person in the building at the time who was already served, he asked us to wait. Not a big deal, we are patient people. It was just weird he was acting as if he had a full on lunch rush. I cant imagine witnessing him during a situation like that in his current condition.
Anyway, we get our food at a reasonably timed manner but the famous bowls have barely any gravy, the chicken little bread was stale, he gave us the wrong chicken littles and the ones he gave us were cold and weak looking where all the sauce (not much to begin with at all) had soaked into the bread and left no flavor on the chicken l, he also gave us the wrong chicken sandwiches.
The experience was really disappointing overall and concerning at best.
I don’t even write reviews. This was what inspired my...
