Firehouse Subs Coit Rd At Park — Restaurant in Plano

I’ve been here before, but within the last year it has significantly gone downhill. The last time I was here I purchased a cookie and they didn’t give it to me. This most recent time I ordered and she asked if I wanted a pickle, I said no and could I could trade it out for a cookie. She said no so I select my own cookie and grab it…. From there I waited for my food and upon receiving it no one said anything to me; no thank you, goodbye, have a good night, etc. until I literally stared at them. Even then they didn’t say much of anything, and this is not a matter of a language barrier. When I opened my food, there was a giant pickle sitting on top of my sandwich that had since drained into my sandwich. Not only did I tell them no I didn’t want a pickle, they added it on top of the sandwich and didn’t care one bit! They only put jalapeños on one side of the section and not dispersed. This sandwich is inedible given the pickle juice and lack of care… it reeks of pickles. The last time I was here they screwed me out of a cookie, as they said they’d put it in the bag and did not. Need to be consistent besides being consistently poor service. Do not recommend...

I went there last week before closing. I walked in and no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. There were only 2 guys working. One walked right past me sweeping and wouldn't make eye contact and the other guy was making a sandwich. He look at me, then continued making the sandwich without speaking. This was the first silence I have ever heard from a Firehouse Sub place. While I have eaten at enough locations around the country to know this is weird. I was there to order 4 trays for our office. As much as I hated to, I ordered it from Subway because it was close. I like Firehouse Sub, but this locations treatment rubbed me the wrong way. After leaving Subway, I still wanted Firehouse so I drive to 121 and Custer. As soon as I walked in, 4 loud greetings. I will just drive a little further for the better customer service. I talk with my money and the Coit at Park location will never see my personal or business...

I want to praise and commend your employees Maria Ramirez and Claudia Hernandez for the service and attention that my husband and I received today as customers of Firehouse Subs. They were delightfully courteous, attentive, and professional to us and to other customers. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted. We always enjoy our visits to your location since your restaurant is always clean and tidy. Your employees always make sure the service and the delicious submarine sandwiches are the best. Last December we picked up some submarine sandwiches that Maria Lola and Monica delightfully crafted for our next door neighbors and thereby introduced them to the Firehouse subs experience, and guess what?
