I would give it no stars if the option were available.
Can't comment about the food or anything like that because we never got any.
We walked in tonight between 5:30pm and 6:00pm and there was a family of 4 sitting eating at one of the booths. We took about 2 minutes to make our decision on what we wanted to order and then approached the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited.
I saw 4 employees working behind the counter. One was working the drive thru window. 2 were working food prep. Another, I guess he was also supposed to be working the counter, was also doing food prep and bagging.
We waited 5 minutes (yes, I time these things in my head, I am a little OCD) and the whole time no one acknowledged us. No "Welcome to Burger King, we'll be with you in a minute" No "Hi there" No "Hello" A few saw us but did nothing.
Finally, we just gave up and walked out. I think one of them looked up at us just as we were turning around and leaving.
Also, on a different matter, but a very important matter, there was a red vehicle parked in the diagonal lines between the two handicapped spaces. You know, the spaces that are to be left open for vehicles that have ramps that descend from vans to allow people in wheelchairs to get in and out of their cars? Also, that is the space that has the ramp on the curb to allow wheelchairs and those with limited abilities to get up on the sidewalk and into the store. I am pretty sure the car belongs to one of the employees because when we drove by 10 minutes later, I saw the dining room was empty and the car was still in that spot.
If we weren't so hungry (we ended up going next door to McDonalds, but that is another review entirely) I would have contacted the police on the non-emergency line to come and ticket the vehicle.
This is completely unacceptable. I am sure management won't see this review, but I am putting it out there in the hopes that the franchise owner or DM sees this and corrects the issues at...
Read moreI eat at this location twice a week.I have had to bad interactions with the manager Fernando. He told me that they don’t like to make my burger how I like it.I have not dealt with him for a while, anyone else has no issues with it. This second time Friday i told him why is he so condescending with me every time? He said I don’t order correctly I asked him if he would like me to go to another location like ave k he said yes. Super rude and aggressive. I don’t think my burger is too complicated to make. Isn’t Burger King motto have it your way???? Ok it happens again I haven’t seen the rude nasty manager for a while I just ordered again I know his voice I told him I wanted a double whopper meal on the burger I want light mayonnaise and ketchup with light lettuce and cheese? That is all I want on my burger. He kept rudely interrupting me 4 times I told him each time exactly how I wanted my burger. Nobody else there has any issues with understanding what I want? He has been nasty to me 4 times. I would go to another location but it’s on my way home. Tonight when I get to the window he says so you want tomatoes pickles onions mustard??? I ask him why he is the only employee there that doesn’t understand how I want my food. I had forgotten his name and ask for his name 5 times and he says just go I’m busy. There was only me and 1 other car there. He told me I don’t know how to order food. If I say 5 times what I want and that’s all I want on my burger nothing else!!!! Pretty simple. Last time I gave him a break this time I’m calling corporate!! This guy is not a quality employee or manager whatsoever. Look at the reviews about him? I ate there 3 times last week and had no issues with the young man that took my...
Read moreWhat a disappointing visit. Expectations of a fast food restaurant are not generally high. This visit set a new low. Mid afternoon arrival. Not busy. Drive through active but not crazy. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches from the "2 for $6" menu plus a whopper and 2 drinks. There were only 2 people on staff. The tables inside were dirty and covered in other people's food crumbs and spilt drinks. We asked for a table to be cleaned, and we were told that the bucket with the cleaning cloth and soapy water was in the cupboard underneath the soft drink dispenser and we could do it ourselves. We were not paying for lunch and cleaning our own table! Nevertheless we wiped off our table with napkins, and when our lunch was ready, 15 minutes later (so much for fast food!), the sandwiches were barely tepid and the so-called crispy chicken wasn't. The onions in my Whopper were limp and tasteless, the tomato barely pink, not red and the lettuce was wilted....
