If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would . Food is top notch ! The service including the manager that runs it , a female , is rude and does not belong in a bar restaurant setting . She is way to young and does not know how to inter act with the older customers. If you have a complaint about service , she tells you to leave . Your order is messed up and you want it fixed , she tells you to leave . If a younger crowed comes in and they are bigger then you and your partner s table , You are ignored and god forbid you complain . You will be told to pay your tab and leave . Great food here , service, staff and the manager are low end bar or club staff. They only care about the young crowd and the people at the bar drunk . Always wanted to come here since I've heard so many good things. We came around lunch which was perfect since it tends to be crowded during the evenings. My friend wasn't drinking due to cancer treatments so our server Jessica (who didn't know this) served her plain water drink drink extra special with an umbrella and lime. This was so cute and thoughtful. We both ordered from the lunch menu where she had the Poblano Chicken and I had the Santiago Beef. Both were delicious and we couldn't eat another bite. Totally understaffed even though this is the 150th bday party downtown of the city this place is in. When we got here we were the second table. Waitress was already in the weeds. She also acted like she was on amphetamines. She forgot to put in our order. My and the wife's food has been on the table for 10 minutes. My kids are still waiting on theirs. As the waitress gets lost more and more in the weeds, as the number of tables grow, the bartender just looks lost and like he doesn't know how to help. There's no one sitting at the bar. He could help but he's not.
