This store location was originally located directly on Preston and I went there several times only to be disappointed. When it closed down I thought to myself, well it's probably a good thing because I got really terrible service there before. Well two days ago, I was driving in the area and I noticed that they merely relocated to the spot where luby's used to be. I decided to be fair and give them another chance. I walked in and I was the only person in the line and the lady at the cash register didn't invite me over She just waited until I came to her. This Hispanic lady then did not greet me or ask for my name and I literally had to tell her my name is Chris and I am eating here. I then went on to give her my order and every time I said that I wanted to add something like cheese or tomato She very quickly said we're going to have to charge you for that. It was said in an offensive way that I just did not appreciate. I then asked her if I could have some of those crushed red pepper packets that you put on a salad and she responded with I can only give you two anything beyond that I'm going to have to charge you for them. I then asked her if I could have my diet lemonade without ice and she seemed over the top frustrated. When I finally got my food I sat down and saw that the cheese wasn't even on the center of the chicken and was falling off to the side The large fry that I had upgraded to was truly only a medium and even though I asked for a diet lemonade with no ice I was still given ice regardless. I also want to let you know that once I got to the front I did show her that I had my app on my phone and I wanted to scan my food for the points. When all was said and done she told me that she forgot to do it and that I'm just going to have to do it myself by looking at the receipt. And don't even get me started about asking for its senior discount. I walked out of there knowing that I will never ever return there. I love Chick-fil-A and always have but this specific location does not care about the customers at all. All they want to do is make money and that is clearly obvious by what happened today and all the other times in the past. I truly love Chick-fil-A but I'm going to encourage anyone that reads this post to not go there unless you want to be disrespected and...
Read moreAs a long-time, loyal Chick-fil-A customer, I was truly disappointed with my recent visit to this location. My daughter and I usually look forward to our meals here, but unfortunately, the quality and care we’ve come to expect from CFA were noticeably lacking. My Cool Wrap had barely any chicken, and the lettuce inside tasted off—almost like it was going bad. It was bland and unbalanced, and honestly didn’t feel like the wrap I know and love from other Chick-fil-A locations.
My daughter ordered nuggets, and to our surprise and dismay, several of them had noticeable cartilage inside. This made them unpleasant and difficult to eat—definitely not the high standard we associate with Chick-fil-A.
The waffle fries were also inconsistent. It seemed like a mix of two different batches—some were hot and crispy, others were hard, burned, or made from scraps (like potato ends and odd chunks). It didn’t feel intentional, just careless.
One final concern: near the trash area, there was a bin where people were encouraged to leave unused sauces. While that might sound helpful, it honestly felt unhygienic. There’s no way to ensure someone hasn’t tampered with those sauces, and the idea of taking items left by other guests is unsettling, especially in a food establishment.
Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not return to this location. It has left me questioning the brand's consistency and commitment to quality. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I want to continue being a proud CFA customer—but experiences like this make...
Read moreThis location looks very new and updated but don’t let that hide the fact that the service is pretty awful. I’m not really the type to complain but when it is mess up after mess up, I kinda have to say something. A lot of times the food is not fully prepared right like the spicy chicken sandwich being cold other than the patty itself. A lot of times I get home and am given the wrong condiments or none at all and have to eat my food plain. Today I had my partner come in to get some lunch to bring home. My partner initially said her told the cashier that he wanted 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese. They gave my partner 1 sandwich with 2 cheeses. I came back to this location to retrieve that missing sandwich and was met with a confused supervisor. To me the issue was simple but her demeanor was very uninviting. I was hoping to get the sandwich on the house since I had to come back to the store but in the end had to pay… which is fine but I would’ve like to see some hospitality in the interaction. The supervisor’s...
