Stay away from this place. If you have a specific Dominoâs craving, then order it from a different one, because this is by far the worst Dominoâs I have ever ordered from.
The first time was delivery. Decided to give Dominoâs a call. They got lost even though I deliberately gave them precise directions about the apartment. When the driver called, again I told him where to go and told him I would meet him at the gate. After 15 minutes of waiting for him there, I had to call him back and he told me he was in the building. When I asked what building, I discovered he was in the wrong one. I had to walk a block in the rain to go find this guy because he was too incompetent to know the street names or use a map. Once I finally got back to my apartment, I realized they completely screwed up my order. Wrong pizzas, wrong drinks, everything. Great.
So, I called and explained my situation to the manager. Rather than refund my money, he offered a discount the next time we used them. Whatever, ok, Iâll give them another shot.
So today I decided to use the discount and I called in my order ahead of time and I went to pick it up for carry out. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they told me they had âlostâ my order and didnât have anything ready for me to pick up. Awesome... So, I waited AN HOUR for them to get my food ready. When I finally got my food and got home with it, I realized they screwed up my order AGAIN!
Iâm not even bothering with calling this place again, Iâm just never going back. Awful service, awful food, awful experience, awful everything.

It's been a over a week since Thursday, October 5 when I ordered a pizza online and they left off half of my ingredients. I wanted a replacement pizza for another time but they would not give me a credit. After I posted my one-star review, there was a quick response from the "owner" asking me to email with suggestions on how to earn a five-star review. I sent an email that night and received a phone message the following Monday asking me to give him a call so he could take care of my concerns. When I called back, he sent a text saying he was too busy to take a call and to please text him. I texted him an account of my negative experience. He texted back saying he was sorry for not answering the phone and asked if he could return my call shortly. I replied sure.
That was a week ago and I have not received a call or text or email. Its no wonder the employees don't care because the "owner" or whoever I was communicating with doesn't care either. Stay away from this Domino's....

Tonight the driver delivered my food to a building/apartment one entire digit OFF of what was correctly listed on the address.
Honest mistake - no biggie, I went looking for the food but never found it. I called the store for assistance service wasnât too bad.
However, I ended up requesting a refund after experiencing the drivers attitude in the phone. I did NOT want him servicing my food.
âRomeloâ called to ask where the food shouldâve been placed and mentioned that I (and others, as he mentioned) NEED to correctly list our address to include building AND apartment number, he went on and on. Iâm still confused on what was incorrect or begin with. You donât leave the food at a location that does not match the address, simple. It seems he has issues with taking accountability.
