I had an amazing experience at this Jaffa Joint Irving location! From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome. The menu had a wonderful variety of authentic Mediterranean dishes, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The hummus was silky and perfectly seasoned, the grilled meats were tender and juicy, and the falafel had the perfect crispy outside with a soft inside. I especially loved the fresh pita and the vibrant salads it felt like every bite was made with care.
Service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the staff was happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and the overall quality was outstanding.
This place is a true gem whether you’re looking for a casual dinner, a family outing, or a spot to enjoy with friends, it delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreWorst Eid Buffet ever. Literally they had just chicken and beef seekh kabob for starters. Chicken seekh kabob was good. Beef seekh kabob had no salt and to that they told someone forgot to put the salt in the marinate. I asked for some other starters and he graciously offered grilled chicken leg quarters. Which was ok, not so great. The chicken thigh looked to be huge and we all know that the inside doesn’t taste well at all for a big piece. They had a pasta which was too bland and no salt again. Their curries were mediocre and sweets were too. The buffet was priced at $25.99 which was too much for what they offered. I felt there should have been more starters and at least one or 2 veg starters. I can see many other restaurant have an extensive menu for that price. For veg main dish they had potatoes… Absolutely regret going for buffet on EID…i wish i would have looked at the menu before getting...
Read moreCame here for the July 4th brunch they had. All of the options were in heated chafing dishes but were all lukewarm at best. Most everything tasted very mediocre, and some stuff tasted really weird like the halwa and desserts. Goat karahi did not have karahi masala at all. Either too much masala was put in the kebabs or they just accidentally swapped the masalas between the chicken and beef kebabs. The only good things were the naan and the chicken malai boti. The place itself also definitely needs a facelift. Called ahead of time to place a reservation, and although someone did pick up, it was impossible to hear them due to bad quality on their end. The staff was pretty attentive though, asking us often if we needed anything, and they cooked us fresh naan and grill items. For sure overpriced for $25 per person, you can get better tasting buffets elsewhere for...
