Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plano

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a sandwich over a week ago that was delivered to the wrong address after calling they stated they would not redeliver the sandwich since it was 8:30 pm so i asked for a refund which i have been waiting for for over a week. I’ve called the stores multiple times and was told the manager would call me back and they took my number i never received a call back. I called and told a team member how unprofessional i think it has been on how they are handling this situation and he hung up in my face. so here i am a week later no refund i had points for a coupon for a free sandwich on my next visit and they voided that coupon as well. all around i have received no help from any mangers or anyone for that matter. the management and team at this location are horrible and simply do not...

I really regret ordering delivery. We're working on stuff at the house and even though this place is across the street, we ordered delivery. Well it's been an hour and it's still not here. I've never had Jimmy John's before. All I know about them is that they advertise freaky fast delivery. Ummm... no. I really wish I could take back the delivery charge and pre paid tip and just go pick it up.

Update: I called to see if I could come pick it up instead. The woman who answered the phone was very apologetic and said they had run out of bread (at a sandwich place?). She even refunded our order without me asking her to so that was nice. All in all, 75 minute delivery time, 2 free...

Just picked up a $50 order my family placed online. We had to drive and couldn’t check the order until we got home but trusted that making sandwiches shouldn’t be too hard. They made 2/3 of the order wrong, completely wrong meats on one and one sandwich was just bacon and cheese?? It’s like they just guessed and threw stuff together at random. If you’re out of certain ingredients maybe call to let us know before proceeding with the order. Not worth the energy to get a refund but we’re never buying anything from this...
