LC Kitchen — Restaurant in Plano

Ummm, "Why is today my first time getting breakfast here?" is the real question... Breakfast burrito tasted like my tastebuds were partying like it was 1999, at 8am. Loved the red & green salsas, too. Today I was informed they open at 7. (7-10am I believe for breafy) Ive eaten lunch here many times, and they bring their A game. They serve you fast. Grilled chkn sandwhich (Im a repeat offender) is bomb & so are the Korean specials. Ive also tried their eggrolls & was glad I did. Will try the burger today. Im DEF a meateater & Ive even gotten their healthy meatless Mediterranean bowl there & it was SO GOOD! Had hummus, basmati rice, falafel, spicy pickled onions & I might have added cucumbers. The roasted cauli set it off, Im telling you, add it! They also offer really good Tex-Mex bowls. Co worker said she eats meat but tried thier plant based meat out of curiosity & said it was really good, so much that she couldn't tell the difference! Food is inconsistent. They apparently think orange chicken with peanuts and random veggies is kung Pao chicken. Fries are random. Burgers are dry. Only good if you're being lazy or didn't bring lunch. The campus employee discount is the only reason why they're still open as all the food they serve can be found within a 1 0.5 mile radius for the same price at other locations. Id rather just drink a meal replacement than continue going. Oh wait, breakfast is actually decent, at the discounted price.

[3/27/2023, $13] I had a food from Joeun, if you like food, don’t get food from here. You are better off going to Taco Bell, Taco bueno, or get some gas station sushi.

Rice had porridge like consistency, absolutely awful. I can’t believe the rice cooked and served that way. The portion was small and the beef stir fry was barely okay. Bad value overall. I would be embarrassed to produce food like that and be working there. I hope other restaurants in LC are better.
