Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Plano

OMG!!!! I placed an order online and went to pick it up, I was surprised to see two customers nonchalantly speaking with the person at the register and leaning over the counter. Then the customers decided to wait inside after they placed their order. I was surprised at this!!!! All other locations that have pickup, they always have the customers wait in the car so you minimized contact and the spread of covid -19. I called while I sat in my car and told them I would not go in with other people waiting in the store and they said no problem we will bring it out to you. After 15 minutes and no pizza, I called back to complain about my food and the people waiting in the store. To my surprise they said they did not know people can’t wait in the store during this pandemic and furthermore that they are not required to wear gloves or mask with dealing with money or customer at close proximity. Why does Marcos Pizza feel it does not have to practice extreme caution during this crisis and how can the employees not be aware that people should not wait in the store. The customers leaning over the counter seemed more of a social thing or a hangout with buddies and not a food...

I had to delete my previous stellar review because you're not worthy of a positive refliction! Absolutely appalling! I have enjoyed this delivery restaurant extensively in the past. I tried to phone in an order 5 times last night! I held on the line the first time for 14 minutes. The phone was answered and i could hear everything in background yet no one speaking. I couldn't speak loud enough for them to hear. So i called using another phone and heard it continually ring. How bad for business and a consumer witnessing them ignoring my second phone line. I could hear someone approach the phone and then they hung up on me BOTH phones. Your food is good, how long do you intend to stay in business treating your customers this way? Very good. If you can believe it, my deluxe thin crust honestly had TOO MUCH toppings. Yes that's right folks... Too much. People who know me and about me eating while working at Domino's know that this is a near impossibility, for there to be too much toppings. Which, IMHO is freaking awesome. I loved it. The only problem with too much meat and veggies is that I couldn't taste the sauce or the cheese very well. This was probably a fluke, as I was a first time customer and used to work there when it was Jets Pizza. We talked about that, sso he may have thought, "I'm gonna make sure this guy isn't disappointed..." In any case, they were nice friendly and the food was good. It tasted very fresh, and the thin crust was done to perfection. Not too hard or crunchy and not too soft or flimsy. Just right. I'll have to go back and try the regular crust...
