This Place has improved Big Time: I recently stopped by the Starbucks and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The service was super quick, so I never had to wait long for my order, even when it was busy.
One thing I really appreciate about this location is how well they handle mobile orders. The pick-up area is easy to find, and my order was ready right when the app said it would be. It’s so convenient and efficient.
The staff here are awesome at communicating. They’re always friendly and make sure to confirm every detail of my order. The baristas are really attentive and seem to genuinely care about getting everything just right. My orders have always been spot-on, which is fantastic.
Plus, the coffee shop is always super clean. From the counters to the seating area, everything is well-kept and spotless. It’s a comfy and inviting place to hang out and enjoy your coffee.
All in all, this Starbucks location nails it in every way. Fast service, organized mobile orders, clear communication, attentive baristas, and a super clean environment make it my favorite spot for coffee.

I asked for more milk in my drink - like just a splash not to fill it up and the lady gave me this huge lecture in front of the whole Starbucks telling me that they need to charge me for giving me an extra splash and that next time I need to change my order. It’s the first time I asked for that and they made this huge deal about it. The whole staff needs to be retrained on customer service - I haven’t interacted with a single nice employee. Read moreLive having on site, however this location was clearly not planned or prepared for the amount of people. They lack employees and lack equipment to be able to keep up with the orders. A normal order just for a grande iced caramel macchiato is taking 20-30 minutes. They have no black apron, seems like no management as the inside is typically lacking restock or peoper attention at times.
