Subway — Restaurant in Plano

This was the worst experience I have had at a Subway. I came in at 9:11. They do not close until 10 but their entire range was already torn down. All the hot stuff was just sitting out on top of the counter. I ordered a meatball sub and specified light sauce because the sauce gives me heartburn. The male behind the count has no spoon and gets one from the back and wipes it down with a paper towel which i hope was just for water on it. He then puts the meatballs on then takes a big spoonful of sauce and pours it all over why I am all but screaming for him to stop. After I repeat myself multiple times the female manager turns and finally takes notice. Asks me what the issue was and I repeat again and she looks at him and tells him what I want in Spanish. Apparently the person working in a service industry speaks next to no English. Wonderful. He then makes the rest of it and is slow going but I can live with that. I then go home, 3 min drive and immediately sit down to eat it and it is ice cold. I mean the cheese wasn't even slightly warmed. I ride a motorcycle and had the sub in my riding jacket for the ride. My body heat should have warmed it at least some. I will never come back to this...

They put very little meat on sandwiches and are very stingy. Employees only speak Spanish and barely can communicate. The old Hispanic woman was very rude and did not speak English well. They are very rude and show no care for customers. They only care about saving money. They yell loudly in Spanish talking on their phone while customers are waiting for their food. They often touch customer food without wearing gloves just casually. The old employee was yelling at the younger nicer employee (who was actually nice and spoke ENGLISH well) for putting a full scoop of meat on my sandwich. The older employees are horrible and rude! The younger employees are always nicer and show good customer service. I will never eat at this...

I ordered the All American sub. I order it all the time. The guy making my sandwich put the raw bacon on it so I stopped him and said I don't want it toasted. Then he insisted in broken English that I have to toast just for a little bit. They make it cold all the time and toast the bacon by itself. Shoot nuke it I don't care just don't put it on there raw. Again he insisted I had to toast it. So he does then it switched over to a young lady making the rest of my sandwich. I mentioned that the bacon still looked raw. She insisted it wasn't so I get home. And sure enough the bacon is raw. What a waste. Very...
