I went to this location 3 times in 2 days to satisfy a craving. The first time I came, I received exceptional customer service, but they forgot to give me my hot sauce. The girl that took my order through the drive thru was personable and matched my lively energy. The second time I came, the person taking my order through the drive thru was rude, and acted as if I was putting her out by answering my question of whether or not I could sub out a hard taco for a soft taco in a combo box, so instead of answering a yes or no question, she told me to look at the screen for what she rang up as the answer to my question. When I went inside to finish my order bc I was uncomfortable having them prepare my food without me watching at that point, I found that she was the manager of the store. I asked her if she was OK and suggested that she maybe take a break and drink or eat something since she was moody. She insisted that she was ok, so I assume she treats all customers this way all the time. Her staff matched her energy and I'm glad I went inside to watch to make sure they didn't do anything shady. I asked for the managers name and number before I left and she willingly gave it to me. The 3rd time I came(next day), the customer service was decent, but did not match my energy. When I pulled up to the drive thru windows, I asked who the manager on duty was and the cashier demanded to know why I wanted to know before she would give me a name. Again...shady. I just don't understand why all the hostility. Maybe if you weren't all illegal immigrants, you...
Read moreLikely the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen at any restaurant. I've had 3 consecutive interactions with little good to say about any of them. The 1st was a drive through order which we (my family) discovered was incorrect. Items order according to the receipt were correct but what was in the bag was another story. When my daughter took it back she was met by the evening manager who had an attitude about the order being incorrect. My daughter not trusting them to remake the order simply left without the food. The second time in the drive through the order once again was wrong but my wife just took the order. She decided not to even bother with the manager being it was the same one as before. I cant believe I actually went back a third time with my family. This time as we entered the restaurant I observed a young girl eating food off the line where orders are prepared to be expidited. We just turned around and walked out. The girl at the register tried to take our order but I told her to look at the girl eating. She looked and we walked out. This was about two weeks ago. Haven't been to any Taco Bell since. Being a former Taco Bell employee while in high school and college I know how things should be run. I used to be a lover of the food but...
Read moreI recently visited Pinkberry in Plano and had a great experience overall. The store is impressively clean, and the fresh ingredients they use make their ice cream incredibly tasty. One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to customer service; they close right at 10 PM, not a minute earlier, so you can count on being served even if you arrive just before closing time.
The Taco Bell on Preston Road is a solid choice for a quick bite. The interior is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the convenience of kiosk ordering. The bathrooms are also clean, which is always a plus.
The staff here are cool and laid-back, often seen chilling in the back, not looking miserable like at some other fast food joints. They keep things running smoothly, and my food is always hot and ready with an average wait time of just 2 minutes.
While it’s a great Taco Bell, I can’t quite bring myself to give it five stars—after all, it’s still a fast food chain. But for what it is, this location does a...
