Horrible experience with a fried rice! I used this place with Ubereats twice to order fried rice. For the first curry fried rice, there was a particle of scrubbers in my food. But I thought the flavor was okay, so I gave this place another shot last night. I had a chicken fried rice, and after a few hours later, I threw up every single particles of the fried rice and had a horrible diarrhea!!! Now I am super worried about hygiene of this place. I haven’t eaten anything except for the fried rice so there is nothing to question about except for the fried rice. The flavor seemed to be made with lots of MSG. There is little vegetable and the quality of the meat and vegetable in the fried rice are not worth any price they charge you. They didnt even put any utensil when you order through Ubereats. Are you guys using old ingredients in a fried rice just because it is hard for the customers to feel and see the ingredients in it?! Or are you cooking right next to a sink?!! I am still having an abdominal cramp even though it has past 1 day. It was a horrible experience. I will never order any food here again!!!!!

food was extremely healthy, tasty, and gives you that feeling of homemade. The place it's super clean, and although in the smaller side it has plenty of seating. The service was excellent, and the food was ready in no time. They have a promotion of "1 free Edamame serving" for checking in on Yelp, which I didn't know but found out as soon as I did haha. Portions are good size, and the have all type of dishes from noodles, to fried rice, and curry and a lot of dishes can be done Vegan friendly. They have BYO wine. Prices for entries or specials range from $10 to $17, we ate 3 people each an entry and had 2 appetizers (1 free) and paid $58 which is about the norm for dine-in Thai places. the place it's on the smaller side, so it gets pack pretty easy. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but you will be surprise once you are inside. Drinks are limited, and I don't believe they serve alcohol, at least I didn't see it. But they do BYOB.

They treat uber drivers for Uber eats like trash, the way they talk to them, etc. Had to wait. Did not offer drinks or show courtesy. Sorry, we don't get paid to wait. We get paid on the road, we're independent contractors. Force them to sign receipts like they are their employees or even criminals. Didn't even include plastic ware for the customer and of course I took a bad rating for that. Hire your own drivers if you want to continue delivering. Don't abuse Uber.

Response:

I understand but as previously said we are not paid hourly. We have nothing to benefit from waiting. Most hosts understand this and do everything to prevent wait times. If this is not possible they resort to being courteous and at least showing some appreciation for their drivers. We are not your peasants. This combined with poor treatment is not acceptable.

It would be important if you could inform us of this. We have no idea of the delivery location, however it is common place to include plastic ware, especially for restaurants as guests may be tourists without access to silverware.

"We don't always offer" because "we are not required to." You just proved my point. You don't care about Uber drivers. Are customers "required" to tip? Absolutely not but if a courier arrived on time and delivered exactly what they wanted and was courteous it is polite to give courtesy back in the form of a tip in America and many other western countries. You have no concept of courtesy in this example. Thank you for responding as this shows others how ignorant you are.

Pickup instructions are typically instructions for where to arrive, who to look for, etc. I'm pretty sure it's against Uber Terms of services to force partners to sign contracts with you. Like you said, it's "our policy," policy is referring to an employee policy, not a partner policy or Uber policy and you can't make these rules up, it's Uber's job. If you're having problems with it maybe you should evaluate your use of Uber. Did uber approve this "policy?" Maybe it's time to start hiring your own drivers.

I did. I think many drivers show up on time and ready to deliver down to a T with Uber's instructions. It is apparent churning orders and initial cash flow is more important to you than...
