Poor Customer Service online orders TERRIBLE BAD they have messed up on my order 3or 4 times and 2 Times BACK TO BACK I ORDERED BACK to back meals both times they were messed up WRONG ORDERS MISSING ITEMS. I ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH (WHICH DOOR DASH would not REFUND ME OR CREDIT ME MY ORDER BACK DUE TO THIS JACK N BOX MESSED BOTH ORDERS UP IN SAME DAY THIS TOOK PLACE JANUARY 8TH 2022 AFTER 11PM AT NIGHT SO I WAS REFUND CREDIT FIRST ORDER BUT NOT SECOND REPLACE ORDER )I ORDERED 3 EGG ROLLS & LOADED MINI TACOS & OREO SHAKE I ASK for Silverware and Straws and sauces dip well FIRST TIME THEY SENT HOT RED LOOKING MINI TACOS FIRE HOT (REMEMBER I ASK FOR REGULAR LOADED MINI TACOS NO HOT )NEXT I ORDERED 3 EGG ROLLS WITH 4 DIPPING SAUCES (WELL EGG ROLLS WERE BURNT AND WASN'T FRESH OR RE FRIED TO WARM UP AND I RECEIVED NO DIPPING SAUCES AT ALL NO FORKS SPOON NO STRAWS & I ORDERED OREO LARGE SHAKE (WELL NO OREOS IT JUST PLAIN ICECREAM OR PLAIN SHAKE IM LIKE WOW I PAID FOR OREO SHAKE GOT PLAIN VANILLA SHAKE ) ALL THIS HAPPENED IN MY FIRST ORDER EVERYTHING WRONG MESSED UP I TRIED CALLING STORE IT GOES TO A RINGER THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE AT ALL YES IM UPSET SO I CONTACTED DOORDASH REPORTED IT WELL THEY GAVE ME CREDIT I HAD TO THROW EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH WELL NEXT ORDER STILL JAN 8TH GOING ON JANUARY 9TH 2022 AT THIS STORE I RE ORDERED EVERYTHING SAME WAY I WANTED OREO SHAKE WITH NO WHIPCREAM NO CHERRY AND 3 EGG ROLLS AND MINI TACOS ASKED STRAW DIPPING SAUCES AND FORK SPOON (WELL THEY SEND ME OREO SHAKE WITH WHIPCREAM AND CHERRY (IM ALLERGIC WHIPCREAM AND CHERRY I ASK FOR NO WHIPCREAM NO CHERRY )THEN I CHECK EGG ROLLS AND TACOS I CONTACTED DOOR DASH THEY SAID BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP FIRST ORDER THEY COULDN'T REPLACE THEY MISTAKES NO REFUND OR CREDIT FOR SHAKE WOW 2 TIMES BACK TO BACK ( SOMEONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY MEAL AND SHAKE IT SHOULD BE FIX RIGHT FIRST TIME )I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN NOR THROUGH DOOR DASH FOR JACK N BOX ON PRESTON THEY DRIVERS SHOULD CHECK THEY FOOD.THIS SAD THAT I HAD TO TRASH BOTH ORDERS AND DRINK WASN'T MADE CORRECTLY I LOST...
Read more10:45am. Drive thru , the first thing I asked was if they were serving Lunch or Breakfast. She answered they were serving both. I Ordered a hamburger and fries with a drink. It’s so ridiculous that when she grabbed my bag of food she turned around and deliberately arranged the napkins to hide something. I watched her do it. So, when I opened the bag I could see what she didn’t want me to see while still in the line or near the store. The French fries were from a week ago like all drive thru they microwave your hamburger in the wrapper. The fries were so old, they were most likely older than the girl handing me the bag. The hamburger as mentioned, obviously microwaved because who the hell heats up lettuce or onions.
You would think since it was early for lunch that the time it took to receive my meal would be longer. Even though they would be upset they had put a basket of fries down in the fryer, grab a frozen patty and throw it on the conveyor belt. Nope, they save yesterday’s and hit the button on the microwave AFTER ADDING THE VEGETABLES. Lastly, by now it is obvious they don’t exercise common sense , like there was not enough salt from when the fries were actually fried , they went ahead and dumped more salt on them. The bigger picture here is , this generation will be in positions that effect every one of us sooner than later. If they can’t competently work at a fast food restaurant how will they do being in positions like doctors, lawyers, politicians, or any other profession where decisions and choices have lasting effects on others.
We need help, but it is really to late I am afraid.

Read moreI walked in the store to buy 3 sandwiches, mini churros and Chocolate overload cake. The pack was handed over to me without the mini churros and the chocolate overload cake. When I called back the person lifting the call Nate was very arrogant he was asking me to come and pick those missing items. I said I am at 8 miles away and wanted them to refund my money, without proper reply he said forget it and cut the call. WORST customer service and the food store was not clean wit the soft drinks fountain clogged with liquid and an employee using the straw with mouth to clean it. I called them multiple times but no one was answering me. This is WORST food place I have been to with equally non polite employees Any one going to this store please check your items before walking out and also check the cleanliness of the store before buying anything here. I left a voice message hoping some one would call me back but unfortunately the customer service i think is also irresponsible . WORST rated….
