Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Plano

Some frustration this evening. I had Doordash deliver my order and unfortunately my 9yr old sons burrito was missing. I tried getting in touch with doordash and qas unsuccessful. I called the store a few times by the # listed on the receipt and no answer and the # listed on google says disconnected. I ended up driving to the location mainly out of principle. I just paid someone $5 to deliver my order to avoid direct contact during this pandemic. The cashier Valerie working the drive thru took my receipt when I explained what had happened and went to speak with someone bagging other orders and proceeded to stand there laughing at what I can assume to be my complaint and was told that her Mgr Mario advise I take it up with Door Dash because they know what they sent out. Basically insinuating that the Doordash delivery service stole a chicken burrito and then asked what I wanted them to do. I asked if I could get the burrito I had paid for. This was met with attitude. I get first world problems here but no acknowledgment of a frustrated customer. She was hesitant to provide me her and her...

I don't know WHAT Taco Bueno these "good" ratings are for, but it certainly is NOT the one on Jupiter Road in Plano!!! Rude employees. They don't even fill up the tacos and burritos like all the other TB's do, there's barely anything in them! All you're paying for is a tortilla or taco shell with bits of stuff in it. They don't even ask you if you want picante sauce or anything, they just slam the drive thru window shut and walk off.

I stopped by there today and got a metal piece of what looked like a cleaning brush in my burrito!

I've been going to TB for many years, and for some reason, the past year, all of the TB's in this area have gone to hell. Nasty employees with attitudes, rude service IF you get any service, and food thats either contaminated or is non existent!

The food was okay, normally it's really good. I would like to say though that the cashier working the counter at the time had NO tact whatsoever when the family in front of me ordered. Their card had declined, and the girl had no problem basically shouting it across the dining room. I'm not kidding, she said it loudly like 7-8 times, which any basic human with feelings should know that this can be embarrassing for any patron. As if the poor guy wasn't embarrassed enough, she had to make sure to let him know, loudly, once again, while he was in front of her with another form of payment, that his card was declined initially.
