Don’t waste your time it’s not open. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and I have never ever make a review positive or negative. This is one of the most unprofessional restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is decent but the terrible service and hours make it not worth it. They say they’re open until 9 but last night makes the FIFTH time that I’ve shown up hours before they close and they’re locking the door in my face. I parked last night and the lights were on, I get out of my car they shut them off and turn the sign off. It was 6 last night when the same 2 teenage girls that clearly don’t want to be then walked out and said “sorry we worked late last night”. How late is late? Your regular business hours? They’re open until 9 and closing 3 hours early without any post online or anything is terrible business practice. It would be one thing if it were the first time but this makes 5 no joke. I’ve even called to make sure they’d be open when I get there at dinner time, to arrive and have a teenager tell me that they already turned everything off. She said they can still make it for me but my sandwich has been freezing in the middle each time. I’ve gone in the middle of the day to see if that’s better to find a note that says “be back in 10”, I waited 25 and wasted my lunch break, they didn’t come back. Truly so unprofessional, the food is NOT worth the risk of showing up hungry and there being a 75% chance they’ve turned off all the grills and locked up as soon as the sun set. I really hope they hire people who want to work or somewhere new opens up there that actually wants to be open. Plan on a different dinner spot if you want to go look at Christmas lights down town. Angelina’s won’t waste...
Read moreI heard about this place and was told they had very good food, so a couple weeks ago we try it out. It was a raining afternoon and we wanted to get something to go so we go in and I asked for a meatball sub and was told the meatballs weren't cooked. This is late afternoon. So I order a BLT and a Cobb salad. The girl rang up my order and I paid I believe around $28.00 for the two items. I was told a few minutes later that they had no tomatoes. Really think she should have said that when I ordered the BLTomato. She said she put roasted red peppers on it instead, she gives me my order and I drive home to find an untoasted BLPeppers, the bread was dry and definitely not pleasant. I open the salad and it was all mixed together with dressing already on it. The photo on the menu shows a beautiful Cobb salad, this looked like someone's left over salad from lunch. Needless to say I will definitely not be going back. It's a shame because I really wanted to like it. I took one bite of the sandwich and put it in the trash as well as the salad. $28.00 literally in the garbage. Wasn't going to write a review but it has been bugging me for the last...
Read moreWe’ve been to Angelina’s about 3 times. The 1st time it was good! 2nd time they had limited offerings but was still good! The 3rd time and possibly the last time it was just not good.
When we first arrived it took a while for us to be acknowledged but they were busy, so we understood. We were then approached and I asked for a chicken caesar wrap and was told no wraps- ok. So I told my husband to order his. He ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread which he’s ordered before and loved. It cost $15.01 which is decent price for a large flatbread - well what we got was a small flatbread with toppings just thrown on it. I’ve attached the photo of what they advertise and what we received.
Thankfully, I walked back in and spoke to one of the ladies who kindly made us another. But regardless, this is not $15 worth. Every time we’ve gone it’s been limited in their offerings and it’s not the best customer service. The one lady who made us another has always been pleasant but the other...
