My first time here (Mon. Jan. 4th) I waited over 15 minutes for 2 Egg McMuffins when the store was not very busy. No hashbrowns, no beverages, just two popular sandwiches that are already premade and sitting on a warmer or under a heat lamp. When I got my sandwiches they were sloppily made, as if the employee who made it just threw the ingredients into the same general direction and called it good enough. When I went to the counter to have it remade, Candice the assistant manager (I guess, no one has told me her actual job title) was standing around, playing on her phone, telling the employees under her that they need work faster. When I showed her the problem with my food, she looked at me with disdain. She did not offer to remake my food until I asked for 2 different sandwiches. I waited 10 minutes for the next 2 sandwiches which were worse than the 1st. When I started unwrapping the 1st sandwich, half of the sandwich almost half fell out of the wrapping. The caution I exercised was due to the poor construction of the first 2 sandwiches is the only reason I didn't make a mess of the counter and floor. The 3rd time they didn't make me fresh sandwiches, which I'm believe they were supposed to via company policy. Instead they rearranged bread, eggs, and meat to make it the way it should have been. It still took 5 minutes for me to receive them however. When I finally ate my sandwich it had something hard and crunchy in it. If I were to hazzard a guess, I'd say it was a piece of eggshell.
Tuesday the 5th I went back in to complain. While I was there I heard Candice complaining about having to do another employees job. One of the employees shouted "It's called teamwork." To which she responded, "It's not teamwork, it's s#!t!" When the next assistant manager came, Alexandra I believe. (I am positive it started with Alex, the ending I'm unsure about.) She told me that she doubted she could do anything about it, since she and Candice were the same rank. (Whatever rank that is.) The employee was incredibly rude never met a ruder person in my life her long dyed magenta hair was all in people's food. We waited in a very long line for 22 mins before we gave up and ordered on our phone the people in front of us without their phone got so upset they left specially after she yelled at them when the man asked if they had any intention on taking orders for people standing inside they had alot of employees handling the drive thru not sure why this very rude employee wasn't doing anything but standing there. she tossed a bag of food on counter to people who had been standing there awhile and our food then sat on the inside counter for a while before my husband got angry and asked if she could hand him the obvious bag infront of her. she then only gave him one bag he walked away realizing he only got 1/3 the order. the tables inside were a mess I had a long waiting time so I got napkins and used water from the soda machine to wipe down 3 tables then used hand sanitizer as there was nothing else left they had no lids for cups in dinning room a lady with 4 kids the one knocked over a drink so I felt I should help her as she had her hands full my son said he sandwhich was old and dried so after one bite he refused to eat and didn't want to wait to get something else we had gone through alot our roof came off in the hurricane so we were kind of stuck with this as our option trying to pick up my son as usually a trip to mcds does the trick when upset this just made it worse don't recommend this one I would say try ur luck at waffle house or wawa đ¤ˇđźââď¸ chick Fila was closed because it...

Let me preface by stating I've NEVER written a negative review online only positive experiences up to this point, but this one topped the cake in the horrible customer service department. I ordered almost $50 worth of food & was missing an item. When I ordered, I was told at the window that there is 2 for deal, so I ordered that. I kindly stated at the pickup window that I was missing a sandwich, they told me to pull around wait behind another 10 cars to pay for the additional sandwich that I didn't receive after I ordered & paid for it. That would have added another 20 minutes to my morning commute!! I went inside and asked to speak to a manager, her name was Crystal and she gave me not only attitude but after explaining what we didn't receive stated that I there is no 2 for deal and that I needed to pay for the extra sandwich, which I was happy to do. She then walked away and someone else dropped a bag off and it sat there waiting. I had to ask another employee if that was my sandwich. Talk about a lack of customer service. I then called an asked for the GM, who's name is Yolanda, and they had no idea how to get in contact with her, nor did she have a schedule that she would be back at that store. I asked for corporate McDonald's number, and she stated it was on the receipt, WHICH IT'S NOT, and did not have the number and proceeded to hang up.
