I didn’t get blueberry lemonade. Uber driver handed me 2 other drinks that were in cup holder. When I pointed out missing drink, she immediately said that was all she was given by restaurant. She offered to go back and get it if the restaurant says ok: this made her credible especially seeing how the 2 drinks that NORMALLY went with combo were nearly in holder - it’s the extra MORE expensive drink that was missing. I called restaurant and talked to JULIE who 1. Blames uber driver because “the preparer REMEMBERED “ making drink. She told me that I could DRIVE THERE TO PICK UP DRINK THAT UBER FAILED FO BRING ME. I couldn’t believe this crazy woman thought that was a GOOD solution seeing that I Paid to have a drink that could be given FREE for me to waste my gas to pick up just a drink !!! I just paid over $31 & this Genius wanted me to spend money & energy to come up and get what I was supposed to have GOTTEN ALREADY! I told this her that I will be in that area tomorrow and a fair solution would be for me to come in get the drink & a sandwich....this stingy cheap no business woman - refused that! I asked for GM AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THAT NAME SITING THAT ITS UBER EAT FAULT. I hung up. The rest of the food was below standard also. Usually when I go in, I have plenty of meat with plenty of teriyaki sauce. This sandwich was skimpy on meat and could barely taste the sauce, which ultimately means that these jokers didn’t give driver the drink - I’m done with this store and I ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME - waste of money and they have NO OWNERSHIP OVER...
Read moreThere were 2 people ahead of me when I joined the line. When the first two people in line approached the counter, the cashier said something and they walked off. When i approached, the cashier told me they are only taking drink orders. It was 825pm. I asked her if they stop taking food orders before they close and she replied with an attitude stating, “we are closed”. I went to Panda Express and ordered our food but my mom wanted the lemonade from Charley’s. I told her I’m not going back because of the cashiers attitude but she can go if she wants to. My mom went to order a “drink” but was told they are closed. It was 835 by this time. I understand that staff may want to leave when the mall closes but the cashiers attitude was unnecessary. She acted as if it was 8:57 and customers had the audacity to want to order food. Interestingly enough, I checked the hours on Google and it said closing SOON at 9pm.
