I recently visited Sak Pase Kitchen, the brand-new restaurant that’s an exciting extension of the famous Sak Pase Food Truck, and it was absolutely lovely! You can immediately feel the warmth, pride, and authenticity that Chef Fabiola brings to every dish.

If the name sounds familiar — yes, it’s that Chef Fabiola, who was featured on Ludacris’ “Luda Can’t Cook” show on Food Network! Her passion for flavor truly shines through here. Every plate is vibrant, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the griot with rice and beans and fried plantain dish, which was bursting with bold, rich Haitian flavors.

The new space is gorgeous — clean, stylish, and full of welcoming energy. The staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s clear that the team takes real pride in making guests feel at home.
