super disappointed. i placed an order on sept 26 2025 thru the smoothie app and only 1 out of 3 items was delivered. the store said the driver “forgot” to pick up the other 2 items and told me to call the driver myself. i was at work and told them i couldnt — they said they’d call but then hung up on me when i offered the drivers number. tried calling back, no answer.
a few minutes later the driver showed up and said the store only gave him part of the order. i called the store again and now theyre denying there was any order left. i even have a voice mail where they admitted the order was still there so which is it.
im a restaurant worker too and mistakes happen but this is poor customer service. they blamed the driver and tried to blame me. if a mistake happens just refund or fix it dont be rude and hang up. also annoying that this is always the store that gets assigned to my area even tho theres a closer location thats nicer (17th st). i have to order it agaim through door dash.

Read moreManagement needs to be ashamed. I stopped there yesterday at 4:00 p.m. and there was 1 young girl all by herself. She had a mobile order for 12 smoothies! She had 6 people waiting in line, she could not even address and she had mobile orders streaming in. We all felt so bad for her, we waited patiently. One person in line literally asked her if we could help her somehow. There was nobody in back she could get to help. The 12 smoothie woman never even tipped her. She made a snide comment that SK owed us all a free smoothie. I tipped the poor girl $5 for my drink. I asked her if she could keep that for herself, she said NO. ?? She has to share them with everyone. Everyone? She was all by herself? I spent 17 minutes waiting in line before I was even able to order and it was NOT her fault.
