We were having a family dinner with our kids and friends, first of all we used self order screens to order . We were missing one bean and cheese burritos I went to the counter and the lady questioned our order she looked at her screen and then agreed they missed that one burrito as I went back and checked order two of our tacos were not supreme so I went back then she said in spanish now what are you missing , I was shocked she answers that way so I answered back in spanish not sure if she did not know I spoke the language and agin she questioned and then realized again that we indeed ordered two supreme tacos and really rude helped another customer she left the bag with two tacos at the phone order shelf and did not let us know they were ready I could not believe , then my child after 15 minutes asked if that was our order and she rudely said yes . Terrible customer service by this lady that truly thinks that because they have everyone order from a screen doesn’t think that her tone of voice or her attitude matter. We won’t be retiring to this Taco Bell it’s unfortunate that because technology has watered down our customer service...

Read moreI came here the other day after ordering on the app. When I arrived the drive thru line was long so I went to pick up in the store instead. A worker was putting a sign on the door closing the dining room and cash registers inside. I asked if I could pick up my app order. She said yes. The reason she closed the dining area is they were short handed on workers. I had to wait a bit longer than I should have but the workers were trying hard to get my order. Also they kept communicating about my order and apologizing for the delay. I will go back but I hope they are properly...
