Editing further to add: Now I understand why the bed broke so easily. The main center board snapped in half. Why? Because the feet have adjustable bottoms and the installers of the bed screwed all the adjustable bottoms tight and the legs were basically floating/not touching the ground. This is why they kept slipping around and eventually completely snapped in half. Our replacement parts are also in poor quality and missing pieces (see photo for center board missing the feed piece for the screw). So their installers did it wrong, the bed broke which per Scott was “unusual” and yet they still had US pay for the replacement parts ($200+) AND Pick up ourselves AND rebuild. Rebuilding really helped me to see the flaws in the build and the poor quality of the material. See photos added of the poor quality materials. Even the brackets bent. This is just so ridiculous, I found out the owners ARE the installers. So they installed the bed wrong, gave no instruction on adjusting the feet or anything. Their lack of communication and direction became OUR issue, OUR cost and OUR time. Edit to add: Ricky was never told the size of the box. My review was primarily about the in-store experience. I understand the semantics of the order — no warranty, replacement parts, fine. But let’s be real: it’s extremely strange this happened in less than two years of ownership, and despite that, we weren’t offered any discount or complimentary delivery given the sheer size of the box. Scott himself admitted it was a “weird occurrence” and unusual. If that’s the case, why didn’t anyone stand behind their products? What really made this worse was how Scott treated me in the store. That was the biggest insult to injury. And any further communication about this has only added to my disdain, especially when an owner chose to dismiss and negate my experience entirely. - Our California King bed frame broke in less than two years. When we called, we were told we had to order a full replacement kit, slats, center board, legs, and wait two weeks. During that time, we had to sleep on the floor. Then, instead of offering delivery, we were told to pick it up ourselves. When I went to pick it up, my experience went from bad to worse. Scott, one of the owners, didn’t even bother to acknowledge me when I walked in—no smile, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing, just kept chatting with clients like I was invisible. When he finally did acknowledge me, I explained I was there for the kit. He rolled out a massive 7-foot-long box that obviously wasn’t going to fit in my car. I asked why no one thought to mention the size or give pickup instructions, and instead of listening, Scott was condescending and dismissive. He laughed through the entire interaction, told me he was “just being polite,” and made me feel stupid for even asking for better communication. Let me be clear: I don’t work in furniture, I couldn’t have known the dimensions, and the simple solution would have been to tell customers what to expect. Instead, Scott treated me like an idiot. As a woman, and as someone who also works in a client-facing role, I would never treat a customer this way. It was unprofessional, humiliating, and completely avoidable. And the fact that the bed broke so quickly in the first place, something Scott brushed off as “unusual”, only makes this worse. They don’t stand by their products, and they clearly don’t value their customers. I do NOT recommend supporting this business. Nina, thank you for being helpful, but Scott’s behavior was appalling. I can only imagine how many others he’s treated this way, thinking it’s okay. What a shame.

I'd been having trouble finding a black dining table for a reasonable price. I walked in and was immediately helped. And while there were none on display, Nina was able to find several options in the catalog and it arrived the following weekend with quick assembly. The table has the extension stored in it, the chairs are comfortable and it looks perfect! Nina was also very helpful with suggesting decor ideas for the rest of my new house. Thank you!!

I bought a couch from them 20 years ago. It lasted until now! So why not buy my next one from them. They are great to work with and USA made (actually Sacramento to be exact). This time I did a custom couch, ottoman and decor pillows. Great experience!

The worst place I've purchased my furniture from. They are "USA" made and I think they say that to bump their prices up. The sofas are about 4 years old and they are ripping already cheap furniture. We had purchased sofas elsewhere and they lasted us 10 years! The cal king bed the frame started breaking 1 year from the day we purchased them. This owner closed the business they were at in market Street in Concord and moved now to this place. We purchased an entire bedroom set. The night stands, the dresser, a cal king bed frame. When we made the purchase it was based on a catalog ordering at their store I asked how big were the night stands because the ones I had were pretty big were I can fit my my socks, bras etc. The lady told us pretty good size I was like oh ok yes lets get them. We open up the night stands and it was a complete disappointment. I mean it's nice and cute but way too small could only fit small things like wallet, change, pen, but it's nothing compared to what I had... I wished I knew it was going to be this small I would have never purchased them. Overall the guys that deliver my furniture were very...

Litterally walked into this store. The lady I believe was the owner was extremely rude. I drove down from vacaville based on the pics and reviews.

My husband and I are looking to purchase and she seemed to not want our business. Basically responded to us like why are you hear. I inquired about the custom orders and her reply was that if we were ignorant. I am aware of the pandemic but some stores have back inventory. Perhaps she was offended at me asking. Never will I ever go here again. Your pictures ofnyour smile are very deceiving. I'll take my business elsewhere and not to mention you had a kid sitting in...
