If you are looking at anything diamond level, do not shop at this location. Original people were nice enough, but they joked about not being trusted to sell diamonds and... well... they can't be trusted. I actually wouldn't trust Pandora with diamonds in general now tbh.
Their own documentation states that all IGI stones larger than .5ct have their own individual certificates. They carry 2-4 things as part of the lab grown diamonds collection and only had 1 piece that was over that stated ct weight. My boyfriend was kind enough to get it for me. Not only did this location fail to give me the proper documentation required for my necklace, I went back and the new women was short with me and clearly didn't like me asking questions related to authenticity. I wasn't being loud or argumentative, I even said there might have been a mix-up due to the fact we were looking at earrings first and then switched to the necklace. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt here. When I asked them for the certificate for the stone in my necklace, she said they gave me what they received with the pieces, told me they couldnt help me further, and was trying to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. She gave me a phone number to call to escalate to, I thanked her and left. I called the number, the rep told me I was given the wrong number, but he was nice enough to help me open a proper case. After a few weeks and multiple emails later, I was finally sent... a generic piece of paper that was clearly printed in an office. It lists generalized information without the serial number or the diamonds dimensions. Aka, useless. I still love the necklace and plan on keeping it, but we will not be buying any big ticket items from Pandora again. They have proven to me that I can't trust their verification or authenticity of their gemstones.
One thing this company failed at understanding is that I read the paperwork given to me. I also apparently understand how diamonds and larger stones are certified better than them as well. I love gemstones and am a supporter of lab grown over natural. But I also have purchased loose stones before. Because I like being an informed shopper, I watched hours of videos and read a lot about what to look for to try and avoid scams as much as possible. I have a few fakes I wasted money on and I found a few solid sellers as well. What I learned I want you to know as well.
IGI and GIA do sampled documentation for smaller stones, usually but not always .25ct and below. This document is a generalized quality to expect from the stones in batch quantity sold. However, IGI and GIA will laser etch a serial number on larger stones. This is typically listed on the "girdle" part of the stone, and a jeweler usually has the tools to view it to correctly id the stone to verify the stone's authenticity. Since each stone has it's own ID number, they are given their own documentation for each individual stone.
So, knowing that the paperwork Pandora provided me states that all stones larger than .5ct are given their own certifications, and my necklace has a 1ct stone, I should have received paperwork documenting that stones cuts, depth, clarity, color, and carat weight. It should also list the ID number that I could confirm with a local jeweler.
My receipt also states the ID number of the stone, probably to make it easier for clerks selling the piece to find the correct paperwork for my stone. Customer service was kind, but they were still unable to send me the correct paperwork, so I have nothing to confirm the legitimacy of the stone off of. So I just won't buy anything with stones from them again.

Read moreHad the worst customer service I have ever had at a Pandora location. and I’ve been to several nationwide. I have bought several rings, bracelets and charms from Pandora locations and am told repeatedly of the same policy/guarantee that if any stones are damaged, I can get the item exchanged within a year. So for the first time ever I needed this policy for a ring I had purchased. Immediately while walking through the door, the manager is walking in circles, yelling aggressively about a waitlist that people need to sign up for. This was already daunting as an introverted person and I was going to just come back a different day, but decided, I had really wanted to get this task over with. The associate who was working with me, was pretty fine but when I had told her that I needed the exchange because a defective item she obviously had to get a manager involved. Now this manager was already dealing with a customer who was making a return and they were aggressively speaking/talking across the counter, so everyone in the store was aware its not going well and I was next in line for her attention. When she first spoke to me, she said that I had not purchased a specific ‘Pandora care’ insurance for this ring and that I need to buy it as an “add on” for every purchase. (Never been told this) she proceeds to tell me I “get” one damage defective exchange in a one year time limit so if any other of my rings has a defective stone, I can’t get replaced because this is the one I decided for the year. (Which is just ridiculous) Also tries to deny me by saying that my year was up but I bought this ring less than three months ago. When we finally get to the exchange, she was very condescending with the mannerism that I….. a customer, should be grateful/thankful to her……the employee, was following the company policy! So nasty and petty -10 /10 Customer service for everyone involved.
Should also be noted that back in May, when I had purchased several items at a Pandora store I received a free bracelet. One of the stones on that bracelet had fallen off in a year during so during this conversation with the manager, I proceeded to ask her if I could get the bracelet exchanged as well. Since they were running the promotion less than 24hrs ago. She told me that the free bracelets are very likely to be damaged within a year so those item are not part of this policy either. Again horrible...
Read moreI don't normally write reviews but my boyfriend and I had a very unpleasant experience here on Saturday July 10 in the morning. I told my boyfriend that I wanted to stop in because I have some jewelry from Pandora and WANTED to purchase some to add to my charm bracelet or ring collection. There was no line outside and only two people looking like they were leaving so we attempted to enter and this elderly woman who worked at the store with glasses stopped us abruptly and said she would be right with us as well as, we needed to be outside. This was not a problem so we waited our turn to come inside. This incident however, must of ticked her off because she was incredibly RUDE after letting us in. She stated in a very demeaning and STRICT voice that they are not allowing customers to "look" at the merchandise due to COVID and we were not allowed to walk around the store and gave us a limited path to which we could follow. Now, my partner and I are very considerate of every stores policies and honestly wouldn't of had a problem with following ANY of their guidelines. The problem was this women's attitude and the way she spoke to us...She seemed like she couldn't get us out of there fast enough and her tone was incredibly standoffish. So much so that I didn't feel welcomed after only 2 minutes of being in there. I no longer wanted to purchase anything from the store and left due to how uncomfortable she made me feel and my partner. After leaving we couldn't believe her attitude and how she caused herself to miss a big sale considering I was ready to spend a decent amount of money there....
