The customer service at this store is poor. I made a purchase for a handbag online and wanted a gift box to wrap up for a Christmas gift. I showed them the receipt for the online purchase, so they knew it was legit. They were out of gift boxes, so I asked for a shopping bag. The manager said no, they can’t give out a bag even though I had proof of purchase. I spent how much on a handbag and they are unwilling to give a bag that costs the company less than $1? As a former employee of another luxury handbag brand, that is ridiculous. I will not be shopping...

This was our 5th visut to outlet store. Always have BEST deals. Employees are great, but some of them having "Mental Discrimination." When we asked for help, some of them very judgmental. But one good girl REALLY took interest and showed different deals and options. We purchased 5 items. I don't know whether they get commission or not. But when checking out, we were asked who helped us, the girl who was reluctant to help us trying to steal the sale from the one who really helped. BUT OVERALL...

What kind of customer service does this manager have, not offering a paper bag when you're buying four purses and four jackets? And we still plan to buy more to give for christmas gifts.They made us carry them, and fall in line again- one by one, even though we are infront of the register, we could have just paid separately.

It's a huge mistake to make a customer go back and forth, especially when they've spent over a thousand! I WILL NOT recommend this store.
