The only thing good about the place are the prices and variety of clothes. Service was horrible. Husband and I had armful of clothes not one associate offered us a bag . At the register the lady looked annoyed to even wait on us. Kept pushing a credit card but didn't tell us about the point program. I asked if I could put my number in to see if I was there and she was very put out of her way by this. Then to boot left a sensor on one of the shirts. Now I got to drive an hour to go get it taken off. After spending 400 dollars in their store you would think customer service would be a priority. ...

I like shopping in Gap because they don’t hound you! The employees let you look without interference, but are there if you have a question. Sometimes they are little hard to find lol , but they’re there. I don’t like to be asked every 5 seconds “Are you okay”. The men’s clothing seems to be better quality than the women’s I’ve noticed. My parents asked about a discount at this Gap Factory Outlet, and the staff told them they needed to provide a SSN to receive it. We’ve never heard of such a requirement, and we were able to get discounts at other stores in the same outlet without an SSN.
