Ordered a pan pizza. Employee came out with an empty pan and a regular large crust on their other white cooking bottom and switched it over. I thought, o wow the regular and pan pizzas use the same crust dough? Then I noticed that half the pan had the crust going up the edges and for about 1/5 of the pizza, the crust didn't even reach all the way to the edge. As I was considering asking about having her fix it or give her a moment to notice and fix this glaring error on her own she has the sauce on the pizza in about 3 seconds. 1/3 had high mounds, 1/3 had a nice glazing, and about 1/3rd had basically no sauce straight crust visible. At this point I considered leaving without bothering with the pizza but I'd already paid. When we moved to toppings she started out well and covered the entire pizza with Canadian bacon, until she ran out and left an almost perfectly covered pizza symmetrically placed; left right left right with just 2 spots left almost perfectly sized, empty. Now maybe there was a specific slice count and she hit it, but then why not distribute them more spread out instead of leaving the back half of two slices with none. The pepperoni and salami together covered about 60 percent surface area with no overlap. Anyway got home and tried to stretch the crust to at least touch the edges where it didn't already and felt nothing but aluminum, no butter or whatever is normally on the bottom that makes the Murphy instructions sheet warn about keeping the pan level. Baked my pizza, not golden brown, flakey, crispy buttery crust just a flat regular crust, over browned like a the heel of a loaf, and toughened and dense. Worst papa Murphy's I've ever had. If I had arrived 10 minutes before closing when they're almost all cleaned up this would still be unacceptable but at least understandable but I was there with more than an hour before closing. Oh, but the store was wonderfully decorated...

Sat in the parking lot for ten minutes trying to get ahold of them for curbside pickup, but nobody would answer the phone. There were two workers making pizza and I could see them in there not answering the phone. No biggie, I try the drive through and get my pizzas. I then checked them in the parking lot and realized my rustic veggie pizza had no sauce on top which is arguably one of the best parts, and I spent 25+ minutes of my life I’ll never get back trying, fruitlessly, to contact them. I wasn’t going to be demanding and ask they remake my pizza or anything... at the very least I just wanted to know what sauce it was so I could add it at home! (Side note: nobody was wearing masks either. I know people have different opinions right now but I would expect for the customers safety they would take more precautions). Overall not very good service if you ask me, and I was so excited for my rustic veggie pizza :(
Edit: also now realizing they didn’t put any herbs on it either. And it was supposed to be thin crust...
Read moreI ordered online and had selected for in-store payment and pick up. My husband went through the drive through and had picked up and paid for what I HAD ORDERED. They still charged him for the s'mores desert pizza when they did not have it or was able to make it. He went into the store and mentioned about the forgotten item. He was then met with a reply along the lines " yeah we know, we don't have any, pick something else" when he mentioned on why it wasn't brought to his attention they just shrugged it off. Completely rude and a waste of time and money, as a frequent customer, we...
