Updated from last year. I now rate this location a 1 star, they are consistently ruining my order and pizza, rude and stingy about topping amounts, even though they say its okay to ask for more, they back-track and say they're only allowed to give a little extra. Which makes my pizzas look like more dough than toppings.
Service is blah, with a side of "I'm not really interested in serving you, but I'm here so I will do it"
Dining area for the most part is clean, from what I've seen. I don't typically stay and ear, being that the servers attitude, don't make for a happy place to sit and enjoy ones food.
Parking is easy. Other Customers have been ok. They raise their own prices whenever they want, so one Blaze Pizza location "could" be higher than another location. Corporate does nothing about it. So they must all be franchises. Their desserts are like hockey pucks, even warmed up.
4 Stars at the time of this review:
Love the concept of this restaurant, both the quality of service, food and offerings/promo's
Their best promo they've had thus far, is buy a $25 gift card & get a free 11'' pizza🍕
Build your own custom made pizza with as many ingredients as you like, without question, it's great!
Their restaurant is alway clean and their staff has always been friendly and helpful. And the restaurant is located in a shopping center that's not sketchy and there is plenty of lighting...
Read moreThis specific location gets a low rating not because the pizza was necessarily bad I don't prefer thin crust but that's just my preference. Moving past that the two staff members made it uncomfortable to even be in the store mainly the young lady who didn't seem to care customers were around. I could look past the unprofessional banter they were having the second we walked in to the minutes after while sitting down. The MAIN thing was she playfully tapped the other worker in the side of the leg with the pizza peel utensil seconds before sticking it back into the oven to move my pizza. At first I was thinking that might not be to bad maybe his pant leg was clean then I proceed to watch him walk to a booth next to the wall and lay down at this point I wanted nothing more to do with this location at no point should cooking utensils be used as play things for a (not) grown women (child). This lady essentially ruined all future blaze pizza visits I know it's all that I'm going to be able to think about if I ever see this food...
Read moreI am in the area of the Pleasanton location quite a bit for work so I decided to give it a try. I must say that I was a bit underwhelmed. The service was friendly enough, although there seemed to be some confusion on which pizza was actually mine. I had ordered take out, an 11" build your own pizza and an entree sized classic caesar salad. First the salad. As mentioned, I ordered an entree size and was given two side salads. Not a big deal, maybe they ran out of entree containers. The issue was that the menu lists a 'classic caesar salad" with a photo showing an abundance of croutons. My salad, not a crouton to be found. Now the pizza. The flavor was okay and it was cooked nicely, but they WAY skimped on the pepperoni. I wish I'd taken a photo but I didn't. I'm not looking for an obscene amount of pepperoni, but one of the slices had 1 piece of pepperoni on it and 2, maybe 3 on the others. I'm not generally one to write reviews but in today's economy, if I'm going to spend my money at a restaurant, I at least want...
