I guess I will have to upgrade my rating because of the seasonal drink they have which is pumpkin heaven. I was very surprised that a milk tea place have pumpkin drinks available. Typically you can find those at Starbucks or Pete's coffee but not milk tea places. The drink comes in one size and the price is slightly higher than what I'm used to but then again, it was a specialized drink. However, the drink I got was someone close to the picture of the specialized drink on the kiosk. I do give them credit for being Covid conscious. They provide stylus on the table in between the electronics podium instead of customers using their fingers and possibly catching the Covid. The drink itself was delicious I do like how they include filling on the bottom of the drink and whip cream on top with sprinkles of... Some thing... Cinnamon I think. I guess I will be coming back for more pumpkin heaven while it's available.

Literally waited and hour for 4 drinks. At time of order drinks would be ready in 21 minutes. Ok cool I'll wait. Then I go into the store a couple minutes late.. Only to be told oh give us 4 minutes. Ok fine no big deal. 15 minutes later I ask again if my drinks are ready. I've seen people order and get their drinks in store and leave before me. The girl goes to look and starts making drinks 10 minutes later I finally get my drinks. I'm so mad by this point. Girls were just standing there in the back. And sure I appreciate the girl jumping in and making the drinks. Why wasn't that done 20 minutes before. All I got was a soft sorry for the wait. No offer for a discount or reimbursement or anything and I just walked out. This was such a ridiculous waste of time. My coworker went here before I loved the drink but I'm sorry and hour is so not worth it. The worst place. It'll be a long time before I come back if ever. First time trying this place, and so underwhelming. I will say the best part about our visit was the mochi donuts, they were absolutely delicious, that is the only thing we would re-order.

However the customer service was awful, we stood there for 2 minutes directly in front of the counter and workers, and we’re not greeted, at that point my husband asked if we could be helped and they pointed to the kiosk. Would’ve been nice to let us know that while we were standing there waiting, we are from Monterey so we did not know that was the only way to order.

The drinks look amazing on the photos, but lacked flavor, and were not cold enough. Both mine and my husband’s drinks were almost warm, which was kind of gross to be honest. We will not be returning, we paid $29 for bad service, and...
