We were very excited to go to Chick-fil-A on this day however when we pulled up to the drive-thru the line was very long we decided to get in line and wait because we know how Chick-fil-A handles drive through lines usually very efficiently. However after about 5 minutes when the line did not move and we realize there was no employees of Chick-fil-A outside. We are regular Chick-fil-A customers have any locations and we've never seen a Chick-fil-A location that does not have employees outside ready to take our order expedite our money and move us along through to the pickup window when the drive-thru line is long. Be that as it may we decided to wait a little bit longer and we ended up leaving the drive-thru line because we didn't see very much movement we've been there for about 10 minutes and we hadn't even reached the main turn that brings you in to place your order so we just called it today and left. Probably won't come back this location because we like the Chick-fil-A concept of having people outside to yeah and move along you guys are very busy and very popular not having people outside just seems kind of weird and it showed this morning. We will continue to return the Chick-fil-A but not this location they don't follow the same standards that we really have come to appreciate which is moving their customers along smoothly. Finally we're just a little bit irritated because when you enter the drive-thru line even though you're not in the curbed area you cannot get out you were stuck there for a very long time and we spent 15 minutes and we didn't even make it up to the area where we can place our order it's kind of a let down the engines running gas is expensive. Pulling in at 10:15 we thought we would be safe to get breakfast but when the clock reaches 10:27 and we haven't even reached the order thing we are now fearing we're not going to make...
Read morein reality food was pretty hood and service was also good but the place was supper busy and table floor and bathrooms were not clean at all I found it wasteful to see that they will bring food to your table and are supper nice about it but they have a way of wasting a lot of stuff for instance there was six of us eating and the food came ina tray and 3 bags plus 2 drink containers that will immediately became useless as soon as it touched out table I saw at least 30 tables turnover while seating there in less than an hour that means 40paper bags and at least 30 drink carriers that just got wasted while it may be faster i felt bad about just throwing them away without a single care most places will give you the drinks and food will bile picked up or brought by tray not here floors were dirty and place didn't look supper nice my nice old style wooden table was very sticky so I had to go to the bathroom and get some paper towels with sanitizer to help out a little bit we order 4 spicy chicken only one with pickles yet I got 3 with pickles and only one without i know they are busy and in a hurry plus the pickles are set right on the buns so even if we remove them the juice already got soaked in the bread NICE PEOPLE GOOD FOOD BUT TO FOCUS ON MOVING MASSES FORGETTING THE BASIC THINGS .... I PROBALY WOULD NOT COME.BACK TO...
Read moreYou can take the girl outta the South but you can't take the South outta the girl - so true. I was so excited when I heard this was FINALLY coming out here & IT DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! It's just as good as ever & has the southern hospitality too. Everyone who works there is SUPER nice & respectful & the food is fabulous. The chicken here is REAL breast meat - NOTHING pressed & formed like other fast foods joints around & the salads are super fresh with some wonderful higher end dressings (the apple cider vinegarette's my favorite). DON'T come here looking for burgers... ONLY YUMMY CHICKEN! The restaurant's always clean, but tends to get very crowded during the normal rush hour times. THE 1 & ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!!! When Chick-fil-A started, Sundays (especially in the South) were for church & then spending time with family (a day to rest). So the founder closed every Sunday so that his employees didn't miss it. It's nice to see a company that DOESN'T focus on profit alone. But even Sunday closures don't tarnish my 5 🌟 rating because this place really is THAT GOOD. PS - when you see they have the limited time Banana Pudding...
