First impression - me walking in was like an inconvenience for them.
I placed an order for a regular chicken teriyaki bowl with no veggies and I was told it would be seven minutes. I returned to grab the to go order. There was no sauce on the teriyaki bowl, it was dry, but she insisted there was sauce. They gave me a side of sauce as well. Even though I requested no veggies, there were veggies on it. She walked to the back and asked the guy if he could pick them out. I told them I would just do it myself. I don’t need a guy who’s washing dishes, picking veggies out of the food I just ordered.
I will never get from this restaurant again, this is my first time and not only was the service bad, but the food was bad. Very dry, very bland and expensive for the amount...

I am also from the PNW (30 years there)and have been missing teriyaki - this place is as close to really good teriyaki as you can get! I wish I took photos too... But we ate it all before even thinking about pictures.
Folks - stop worrying about perfection and start focusing on how good the food is. The servers don't need to be perfect. The prices are exactly what they need to be for this small business to pay their bills.
The food is soooooo good! Well done team! I will be back over and over again.
Giving thanks for this new favorite...
