Disappointed by Store Policy and Supervisorās Attitude
Iāve been a regular customer at this store since itās conveniently located near my childās school. Today, I experienced an upsetting situation when I was denied access to the restroom by the storeās supervisor.
I wasnāt feeling well due to stomach pain and didnāt order a coffee for myself. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told I needed to make a purchase first. I even offered to buy a sandwich later since I planned to stay until school pickup, but the supervisor firmly refused, insisting I had to buy something immediately.
What made the situation worse was the way she spoke to meāher tone and attitude felt dismissive and unkind, as if I didnāt belong there because I hadnāt made a purchase yet. It was disappointing and disheartening to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer.
I hope the store reconsiders its approach to customer service and policies, as no one should feel unwelcome or embarrassed in a place they regularly support.

My husband convinced me to try this location one last time. We went, my drink was disgusting and tasted like it had been made with water instead of almond milk. Once again my cup was covered in sauce and whip cream, and this time the lid wasnāt even on. Guess who got Frappuccino all over them! I will never go back to this location. If you are looking for a consistently good Starbucks go to the one on Dublin next to Whole Foods, or the one on Alcosta and village pky. Even the one on Alcosta and San Ramon is good. Just donāt go to this one. You will be disappointed and most likely will have to go home and change...

I mobile ordered, came in and only one customer ahead of me. First customer left then the barista who helped him went and started stocking the pastry case. About 4 more people showed up behind me and after over 5 minutes of making direct eye contact with the 4+ baristas behind the counter, no one stopped to help the people waiting for mobile orders. A man at the end of the line finally went and grabbed the guy stocking the pastry case who had the excuse "I'm just doing my job, man" and finally came to help
My drink had been sitting on the counter the whole time and every barista saw all the customers waiting and did nothing. This team clearly has the mindset of "someone else's problem."
Won't come back to this location and I'm not even sure why I keep choosing Starbucks (sigh, convenience). Peet's would never do me like this.
